Lloyd relocated his family from their farm in Colorado to Culver City, California, in 1956. To support his family at the beginning of his plumbing journey, he held two jobs. At night, he worked loading Carnation milk trucks, and by day, he was a plumbing apprentice. Lloyd earned his contractor's license in 1965 and relocated to Thousand Oaks to start Lloyd's Plumbing.

In 1980, Lloyd retired, and his son Ed took over the business. Ed was inspired to not only be the best but also to maintain professionalism. He implemented clean vehicles, uniformed staff, helpful customer service representatives, and a “we can handle anything” mindset for the company.

In 2013, after rising through the ranks since the 1990s, Ed's sons Ryan and Aaron took over the family business. They are committed to continuing the family legacy by delivering the best plumbing experiences with honesty, integrity, and family values!
