In 1956, Lloyd moved his wife and three children from the family farm in Colorado to Culver City, California. In the early days of his plumbing career, he juggled two jobs to make ends meet. By night, he loaded Carnation milk trucks, and during the day, he worked as a plumbing apprentice. Lloyd earned his contractor's license in 1965 and relocated to Thousand Oaks to start Lloyd's Plumbing.

In 1980, Lloyd retired, and his son Ed took over the business. Ed aspired to be the best while ensuring a high level of professionalism. He implemented clean vehicles, uniformed staff, helpful customer service representatives, and a “we can handle anything” mindset for the company.

In 2013, following years of dedication since the 1990s, Ed's sons Ryan and Aaron took charge of the family business. They are dedicated to upholding the family tradition by providing exceptional plumbing services rooted in honesty, integrity, and family values!
