We called these guys because we had a water softener that was leaking. They came out, gave us an estimate of $600-$700. My husband wasn't comfortable with the price, seemed high. He was able to get them down to $500 but still wanted to get another estimate. He called out 2 other plumbers for an estimate. We received a quote for $150 and another for $125. All in all, we ended up paying $167.00

I feel that these people are not honest and like to charge higher if they think they can. I think it is very unfortunate.

I would give a zero if I could. I have been waiting since 2 pm today for Pros Plumbing to show up. They said they would be here to fix our plumbing emergency between 2 pm and 4 pm. It is now 9 pm. Guess they're not coming. I don't know how it is that a 24 hour plumbing service doesn't answer its phone....

I called yesterday (Sunday) and was happy that they answered the phone and stated that they did not charge any extra for coming out on a Sunday. I had a outdoor leak that needed attention. We set up an appointment for between 2pm-4pm. No one ever showed up or even called. I tried calling 3 times between 4pm-5pm and no one ever answered.

I had an appointment for an estimate. They never showed or returned any communication afterwards. They could be great, but I'd never know. For me, they were a waste of time.

Dan came to the rescue! My toilets backed up at 10am and had 50 people arriving at 1pm for my Son's birthday party. I call Pro's Plumbing and the receptionist said Dan would arrive in an hour. He was exactly on time and within 5 mins knew what the problem. He brought out his big machine in 15 mins he removed the blockage from the drain line. By 11:30 am we were back in business and the party was a success. Dan is a superhero!

Here is an update. Dan stopped by with the video he did of the sewer line entering our house. He told me if I didn't remove my review in one week, he would sue me. After watching it, I apologize for calling him a con artist. I am going to say he is inept. This is the same video I saw of the line going from the trap, in front, to the main in the road. It is not from the trap in to the house, which was where the root was. He said he would video it at the start, and said on 4 occasions he had the video. Apparently he never did. I won't deny the work might have needed to be done in the future, on the line to the street. But since the problem was the same after he furnished the work I was guaranteed would fix the problem, it wasn't the issue. The problem was in the house, and ended when the root was removed. If he ever finds the video for the inside, I hope he will not wait until 8:00 pm to drop it off.

Dan at Pros Plumbing is honest and hard working! We've called him several times for big and small plumbing issues. He responds quickly and professionally. This last major leak took about a week to fix, Dan and his team made sure everything was done properly and even fixed the drywall after the plumbing job was done. One night the guys stayed until 9pm, to get everything working. Dan worked with us on the price, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend Pros Plumbing!!

Great service from the guys at Pros Plumbing and Rooter. We've had them out to our house twice now and I've been very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness.

The first time they came out was to clean out a clogged sewer line. I was able to get an appointment quickly and once they arrived, they were able to resolve the issue very quickly. They were very thorough and made sure that the toilets and showers were functioning correctly before leaving.

The second time they came out was another really good experience, with the same level of professionalism and courtesy. I would not hesitate to recommend them as great plumbers in and around Morgan Hill.

If you need a great plumber, look no further. These guys are the best and they are wonderful to work with. Dan came to our house to assess some plumbing issues we had, made some suggestions and then told us to call us when we were ready to move forward. When we called him back he was so accommodating and friendly, coming out to our house the next day (which was a Saturday) and he managed to fix 3 separate issues we had with a shower, kitchen sink and our wet bar. With the wet bar, he fixed something that 3 other plumbers looked at and determined was not fixable without expensive new parts and fixtures. Dan doesn't know the meaning of ""not fixable"". I give Dan my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to refer him. If I have future plumbing issues, Dan will be my first and only phone call.

My wife and I came home today after she delivered our son yesterday. We have family staying with us and chose not to shower at the hospital this morning because we wanted to get home. Our water heater was done for, my frustration was through the roof. I called around to different plumbers, no one even answered their phone. I called Pros plumbing at 130, Dan was at my house by two - problem addressed, part found and Dan has gone out of his way now to make sure we have hot water by this evening. He could have hosed me when I said ""let's just put in a new water heater,"" but he talked me out of it, called a couple distributors around the Bay Area and found the part. Beyond pleased!
