Zoom Drain & Sewer Service continues a family plumbing legacy that began with our grandfather in 1948. Twenty years ago, we launched Zoom with our father and brother from a spare bedroom, fueled by a small loan. In those early days, we traveled together to service calls in a single truck, often with one of us perched on a bucket between the front seats. Though it was a difficult period, we were fortunate to have great customers and committed ourselves to establishing a successful shop. Today, we manage daily operations with a team of long-term employees who share our commitment to professionalism and excellence. We are recognized for our rapid response and our expertise in delivering focused solutions for drain and sewer challenges. Our skilled team is prepared to assist you with everything from sinks and toilets to main lines and sewers, ensuring prompt, expert service.

Jim Criniti serves as the President of Zoom Drain and is one of the Founders of the Zoom Drain Franchise. Having served in the military, he knows that successful operations rely on effective systems. With support from great mentors and business coaches, he grew his business from a single used truck into a thriving multi-shop, multi-million dollar drain and sewer cleaning operation. He then helped develop that business model into a successful franchise system that spans coast to coast, currently boasting 16 locations across the U.S.
