Zoom Drain & Sewer Service continues a family plumbing legacy that began with our grandfather in 1948. Twenty years ago, we launched Zoom with our father and brother from a spare bedroom, fueled by a small loan. Back then, we shared a truck for service calls, with one of us often sitting on a bucket between the front seats. Though it was a difficult period, we were fortunate to have great customers and committed ourselves to establishing a successful shop. Currently, we oversee our daily business with a loyal team of employees who have been with us for years, supporting our goals of professionalism and excellence. We are well-known for our quick response times and our ability to provide targeted solutions for drain and sewer issues. Whether it’s sinks, toilets, or main lines and sewers, our professionals are ready to deliver quick, expert assistance.

Jim Criniti, the President of Zoom Drain and a founding member of the Zoom Drain Franchise, guides our operations. As a military veteran, he understands that effective operational systems are key to success. With support from great mentors and business coaches, he grew his business from a single used truck into a thriving multi-shop, multi-million dollar drain and sewer cleaning operation. He played a key role in evolving that business model into a franchise system that stretches coast to coast, with 16 locations across the United States.
