The story of Zoom Drain & Sewer Service is rooted in a family plumbing business started by our grandfather in 1948. We established Zoom two decades ago with our dad and brother, starting from a spare bedroom with a bit of borrowed capital. Back then, we shared a truck for service calls, with one of us often sitting on a bucket between the front seats. While those days were tough, we had amazing customers and worked diligently to create a thriving business. Today, we manage daily operations with a team of long-term employees who share our commitment to professionalism and excellence. We are recognized for our rapid response and our expertise in delivering focused solutions for drain and sewer challenges. Our skilled team is prepared to assist you with everything from sinks and toilets to main lines and sewers, ensuring prompt, expert service.

Jim Criniti, the President of Zoom Drain and a founding member of the Zoom Drain Franchise, guides our operations. As a military veteran, he understands that effective operational systems are key to success. With guidance from exceptional mentors and business coaches, he utilized systems to expand his business from a single used truck into a multi-shop, multi-million dollar drain and sewer cleaning enterprise. He subsequently turned that business model into a successful franchise system, now with 16 locations nationwide.
