Zoom Drain of Lake Norman is proudly led by Robb Lynch, a graduate of Illinois State University and Northern Illinois University, where he earned both a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration. Growing up in Rockford, IL, a suburb of Chicago, Lynch has deep roots in the area.

Lynch spent a significant part of his career with a major home improvement retailer. Initially, he took on a business development role with a North Carolina-based company, contributing significantly to the brand's growth in areas like merchandising, product development, and marketing. Additionally, he played a role in developing the brand's future leaders, preparing them for success.

In 2004, this position brought Lynch and his wife, who he has been married to for over two decades, to the Lake Norman area, where they quickly fell in love with the community. Lynch later transitioned to the franchisor side of a well-known automotive brand, serving as the VP of Marketing. Now, he is creating his own brand in the same location where he previously helped another brand become a household name.
