They went over all my options to unclog and repair the clogged main sewer line for me. They unclogged the drain well with a hydrojetting guaranteed for 6 months. I ultimately decided not to do the repair with Zoom Drain but they were upfront with their quote even though they offered to discount the cost of the hydrojetting.

Our kitchen drain was seriously clogged and we have tried the dissolvent gel, home high jet water cleansing and the 'snake' by ourselves before asking for the company's help. We were so desperate and the company urgently arranged service to us in the same afternoon. They found out a grease-accumulated rock stuck in pipe and helped to clear the pipe right away. Professional attitude and very careful to re-examine the pipe again to make sure it was all cleaned up.

Appreciate that they cleaned it up with disinfectant as well after the work especially during Covid time. Super nice and neat work! We have a minor hiccup afterwards but they fixed it in no time! Bravo to Sean and Kevin who really worked up to maximum professionalism!!

They are my first choice in the future for sure and would recommend to friends and neighbours as well!!! Good job guys!
