I've had many issues with our pipes in my house for years and after many repairs, recently had our kitchen sink clog. My neighbor is a plumber and he snaked out the clean out with no luck at the time. They recommended zoom drain and I was extremely happy with how easy it was so set up an appointment and how polite everyone was throughout the process. Roger was extremely professional, I explained to him what was going on and even though it wasn't clogged at the time he showed me the drains with a camera and explained each and every detail which was really relieving to see first hand. He offered some advice of maintenance and options in the future. Roger was respectful and clearly experienced. There was no charge for coming out, which was very appreciated. The overall experience was great and I highly recommend, will be calling them again for any problems I have.

Roger from ZOOM Drain was amazing. Laurence & Sean delivered as promised. They showed up on schedule - same day. Called 45 min prior to arriving as we/I had asked. Roger was careful, polite and through. Roger took his time to make sure we (Mom & Dad in the 80's) knew what was going on and how it would get resolved. 5-STARS

I had a Saturday clogged kitchen sink that after trying the Drano method, snake it myself still could not clear the drain. I called a plumbing company I searched on the internet with good reviews and they gave me the number for Zoom Drain. Called then and got a call back in just a few minutes. They happened to have a technician just finishing up a job near me and within 30 minutes of my call Roger was at my front door to give an assessment of my problem. He said that most likely he would be able to clear it out with a snake and if not then a hydro-jet clearing would be needed, gave me the estimate for each job and then proceeded to start to work. After trying to clear with a bigger diameter snake he then gave it a try with a smaller diameter one and that worked!! He was working for over an hour and did solve the problem. He was very clean and made sure that the job area was spotless before he left, using a drop cloth to keep the area under the sink and the floor by the sink cabinets very clean. He did about a 10 min running water check to make sure the drain was free and clear. An excellent job all around. The price of for a weekend service call was very reasonable.

Zoom Drain did a great job about 2 months ago when I needed help with a kitchen sink backup. They were on time, and took care of the issue. I had to call them again today, for a problem seemingly connected to the first call. They came out right away (as a warranty call), and helped me out again - even though the issue turned out to be unrelated to the first call. I'm grateful for their fast response, clear communication, and willingness to stand-by their work.

i did not get the friendly treatment. they dont handle the customers with care. rude over the phone. he did not listen to me. seemed to be on his own agenda.poor communication skills.poor attitude about business. prices are not reasonable.higher than others.overcharging. overall i did not like them at all. i would not recommend them. i have no good feedback for them.

We had an issue with a slow drain in our kitchen sink, and Rogers Gonzalez was our hero!! The day of our service, we received a call to let us know he was on his way. He was prompt on arrival and prepared a clean workspace. Rogers snaked our pipes and found some grease build up about 30 feet in. He recommended multiple treatments and we decided on the hydrojet to clear out the buildup. He did a very thorough job and allowed us to watch via the camera he sent down the pipe. He even repaired the leaky pipe under the sink! Our cleaned out pipes look as good as new. Rogers is very conversational, professional, knowledgeable, and even wiped down the floors before he left. Would highly recommend Rogers!!

We had a pipe burst leaking into the downstairs rental unit. They came out in a matter of hours. Opened up several walls in search of the 70+ years old cast iron pipe. Protected the rest of the room with plastic and got to work. They were efficient, communicative, showed up, cleaned up and I was able to leave them alone for hours. Once repaired they Notified the Superdry company. Once that job was completed they moved on to the 2nd pipe burst . He worked from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm. Another plumber arrived to help get this pipe out that ran from upstairs kitchen to downstairs unit. A huge challenge to remove and replace. I have NEVER felt comfortable to leave a plumber alone in my house... never hesitated with ZOOM! Thanks guys.. highly recommended them!!

Just moved into a new house and during 1st load laundry, the laundry drain back upped. I called Zoom and they were out within a couple hours and found a huge blockage, removed it and got me going, relieving my stress on moving day !! Zoom technician Roger G. provided excellent service.
