I called Zoom Drain and Steve helped me get a technician out to unclog my drain quickly. He explained how long it would be and Chris Ballesteros showed up on time. Chris came to the door with a smile and was very friendly and courteous. He asked a number of questions and explained why he was checking certain things as he was doing them. He explained the options and after choosing he got right to work. He snaked the drain and had me take a look at the camera to see it was cleared. He had me check the washing machine and sink and then cleaned up after confirming things were working as expected. Great service, professional and friendly. I will not hesitate to call again in the future. Thank you!

Johnny came out to address a drain issue for our AC unit. While it didn't make sense to fix the drain (we are re-routing) he was incredibly thorough and honest and helpful. I'd recommend in a heartbeat.

Typical can't quote you any numbers until we show up at your house and then we can charge you more than the going rate type operation I would recommend using an honest plumber that actually knows what it costs to unclog it a toilet prior to coming out

My garbage disposal backed up late in the afternoon. I called a few plumbers but no one answered the phone. When I called Zoom Drain, I talked to a live person and described my problem. I got a call back in a short time and was told they could come to my house in about 30 minutes, they would do an estimate, and I wouldn't be charged if I decided not to have them do the work. Chris arrived on time, evaluated the problem, and described what he would do to fix it. I agreed to the price and Chris cleared the pipes. He was kind, respectful, patient, and communicated clearly. Overall it was a good experience and I was happy to be up and running in time for dinner. I would call Zoom Drain again.

Every part of this experience was easy- from appointment set up, to having our problem resolved quickly, and paying for the services. When we turned on our sprinklers, we would get water puddles in different spots in our backyard. Johnny came out, gave us an estimation, and after we approved, he got started right away. He jet cleaned the drain line and explained the whole process to us. I even got to check out the camera that he put through the drain. So cool! He made sure that our problem was resolved and was polite and courteous. I will recommend them to neighbors, family, and friends. I don't think I've ever experienced a corporate plumbing company who has better customer service than Zoom Drain. Our branch line (between the kitchen and the main sewer line) has been backing up for ages and all the fixes I'd personally tried were only good for a few days, maybe a week before getting backed up again so we finally decided to get a professional in to deal with it. The team (office and technicians) were polite, knowledgeable and keen to listen. After advising a camera inspection to ascertain what was going on, cleared the blockage by jetting the inside of the pipes and provided the video recorded afterwards to show how everything looks. They did advise into getting the pipes descaled but there was NO hard sales pitch to do so, it was merely offered as a longer term solution to 50 year old pipes.

We've had a VERY troubling experience with one of the mainstream plumbing companies (who I would NEVER use again) and so was hesitant to use a ""corporate"" company again, but I'd seen the Zoom trucks in the neighborhood ... Without doubt Zoom will be my preferred company when things get too sticky for me to fix myself.

Plus, the owner is a veteran and I'm a massive proponent of supporting our veterans.
