I had Zoom Drain show up to unclog my main drain. It needs work about every two years. The dispatcher gal that called was very sweet and nice. She confirmed that it had been almost two years to the day.
They sent the same technician I had two years ago. Johnny Rodriquez. What a jewel. very professional and like last time always goes above and beyond. A very nice respectable young man. He arrived in a timely manner and got right to work.
I think from the time I contacted them to the time the job was complete was about 3 hours.
I know that they're not in business for nothing but I thought the price was a little steep. If I remember, about $30 higher than two years ago. DAMN! All n' all, a sign of the times.
I would recommend these folks all day long.

So it's Labor Day, early in the morning and my sink has been stopped up for two days. When I looked for a plumber, zoom drain was the only one open 24 hours and we were to be at a barbecue at noon. Yes we're going to be a little bit late however, the guys got here at 10 o'clock, record time and we're finished at 11:45. We had a blockage in the drain and so a quick snake and it's all cleared. Will be a little late but will still be able to make our date. Thanks so much.

Ian was really great! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. He was able to give us a quote to clean and Jett the backyard drains and do the work the same day. And made sure everything was cleaned up after. He also gave us some great advice on doing better maintenance to keep the tree roots at bay in the pipes. Thank you, Ian and Zoom Drains!

Ian was awesome. Super professional and explained everything going on. Had a toilet clog which unfortunately had to have the toilet removed. Kids toy stuck down the drain . He got it out. Kept everything clean. Great guy and great service. Highly recommended!

Professional and extremely knowledgeable. They are experts for drain cleaning, and come prepared with equipment to handle the toughest cases. I received a free estimate and decided to book.

Services performed: thoroughly cleaned out my irrigation drains, so I won't need to worry about clogged drains. Hydrojet, followed by snake camera to check for roots, and applied rootx to safely mitigate root growth in the drains. Finish off by cleaning up front yard to original condition. All done in 1hr.

Super satisfying to see all the sludge clear out, and left with immaculate pipes. Thank you Ian and zoom drain!
