We had a pipe burst leaking into the downstairs rental unit. They came out in a matter of hours. Opened up several walls in search of the 70+ years old cast iron pipe. Protected the rest of the room with plastic and got to work. They were efficient, communicative, showed up, cleaned up and I was able to leave them alone for hours. Once repaired they Notified the Superdry company. Once that job was completed they moved on to the 2nd pipe burst . He worked from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm. Another plumber arrived to help get this pipe out that ran from upstairs kitchen to downstairs unit. A huge challenge to remove and replace. I have NEVER felt comfortable to leave a plumber alone in my house... never hesitated with ZOOM! Thanks guys.. highly recommended them!!

I normally don't write yelp reviews, but my recent service was exceptional enough to warrant this one.

The past few rainy months have made it very apparent that our outdoor drains were clogged. We moved into the property a year ago and the outdoor landscaping is relatively large with over 30 outdoor drains that lead out to the front curb. We called Zoom Drain based on Yelp reviews and were able to book an appointment window the following day.

Two technicians came at 9:30am, the beginning of the window, and we went over the property and the issue. Ian Butters was the main technician and provided an initial estimate, but mentioned that depending on what the find, it may require additional work and price.

A couple hours into the job they assessed that the two main drainage points were blocked. Based on the camera equipment that they used, they identified a large rubber ball in one main drain, and large rocks that were clogging the other. After an attempt at flushing it out, they said the only option was repair.

This is where thing get exceptional. I hired plumbers, and this required some pretty major landscape repair. They quoted me and got right to work. Believe me, they WORKED. These guys were digging deep ditches in 90 degree heat with full sun exposure. They went above and beyond to fix the issue. The rubber ball was probably a croquet ball that has been deteriorating for 30 years and the rocks were actually 2 feet of cement. They had all the equipment they needed with them, they found the issue and fixed it, and they left the place spotless. They also kept me updated every step of the way.

Don't mess around with other plumbers and worry about if the job will get done. Get the experts. Get Zoom Drain.

I had an issue with my guest bathroom and after another plumbing service never returned a call or sent a plumber when they said they would (I waited all day), I gave Zoom a call the next day and Ian was here within a half hour.

Very friendly, he told me exactly what the problem was and showed me the part he needed to replace. Gave me an estimate and was nice enough to even give me a Senior discount (which helps). He even fixed another minor issue without charge.

I'd recommend these folks anytime!

Mike and Mike of Zoom Drain South Jersey were AWESOME!
I had clogged toilets and sinks because of my stupidity-kitty litter that had solidified over time in my pipes! Had to bring in all kinds of cameras and machinery to find source of problem and eliminate it!
Both Mikes were very friendly, courteous & professional and super neat-cleaned up my place very well when they were finished!
