On recommendation from our regular plumber, Shaffer Plumbing in Laguna Niguel, Zoom came out to handle a backed up bathroom sink line. Johnny was efficient, expert and communicative throughout. Was able to watch them in operation, pull out some debris and gunk, and then run camera down the line. We were given a price for this service up front, no gimmicks and/orcomeons. We also get an estimate for ""full cardio surgery"" if the gunk problem continues and a simple cleanout is not enough in the future. But they didn't push that, just did a nice job of customer education. Johnny gave me useful tips for preventative maintenance, personal practices to manage our situation hereafter, and was great to work with. They were not only on time, but able to arrive a little earlier as their work schedule allowed. All this within 24 hours for a non-emergence situation. We will definitely use them again

We didn't realize that our issue required an HVAC technician, so we initially called Zoom Drain (referred to us by someone else). When Ian arrived and looked at the issue he was super helpful and explained to us what he thought the issue was and who we should contact to assist. He was extremely professional, good attitude and polite. Would definitely contact Zoom again, if ever needed.

Ian is so knowledgeable and saved me a lot of anguish and cost by offering an alternative to tearing up my concrete. I had noticed my yard not draining from these last severe downfalls in So Cal. Normally, would not have noticed that there could be a problem. He did an excellent job diagnosing and offering me a solution. I had another plumber come out and diagnose my yard. He told me that I needed to spend nearly 20k to rip out the concrete and put in new drains. I didn't want to spend that kind of money, plus I didn't want my entire yard ripped out. His solution was to pressure the drains out, remove the roots that had overtaken the yard and to put root killer in the drains. I have him come out every six months to check on how my drains are doing. He does an excellent job and is very conscientious. I would highly recommend Ian from Zoom Drain.
