Zoom Drain answered my SOS call for my 1920s home renovation quickly and timely. 2 days after I called they sent out a technician, Tyler. I had 2 quotes from different companies earlier in the day/week. Unlike the other companies Tyler gave me multiple quotes depending on the work I wanted done all of which came in under the other quotes. He started work the next day in my tightly accessible crawl space. A shower drain tie in to cast iron was needed (as I failed multiple times to get a coupling not to leak) and the drain from the kitchen sink which was cast iron had fallen and broken in multiple areas. He was able to get it fixed in 2 visits and assessed for any further needs while he was down there. I fully recommend them and will use them in my future renovation adventures!

We had a clog in the main line and the toilet was overflowing when we run the washing machine. Zoom drain came out (free of charge) and gave us a very reasonable quote and fixed the problem within a couple of hours.

We were very pleased with Zoom Drain. The friendly technician, Maurice, called ahead and arrived on time. He was very good and gave us a competitive price. He explained what he could do and let us know that he would not be able to install a new kitchen faucet as planned due to a problem with the cold water shut off and changed the price to reflect this.

He cleared our clogged drain (Yea!), rerouted our drain pipes and installed a new garbage disposal.

Great team to work with. They were prompt with our estimate request and quick to respond to any questions ahead of hiring them. They offer a free estimate and provide option on site depending on your situation- Maurice (the tech that came to our house) was incredibly courteous, respectful and kept me updated of progress or issues they ran into in details.

We had a slow moving drain in the kitchen that would not respond to chemical drain openers. After doing a small bit of research, I contacted Zoom Drain and set up a morning appointment. If I have any further issues with plumbing, I will be calling Zoom Drain. Our tech, Maurice, was super friendly, explained everything well, and even showed me the condition of my pipes using the camera scope. He also gave me some advice on how I can prevent future issues. Plumbing issues are never great to deal with but this company made the experience much more pleasant.

Maurice just left my house after a 5 hour marathon session clearing and replacing a storm drain in my patio. He did an amazing job!! I always call Zoom Drain for anything plumbing-related. They are the absolute best.
