We now found our go to plumbing company....ZOOM DRAIN! We had a drainage problem in the kitchen sink. Kyle T. came out for inspection and provided a quote and was able to resolve issues in the same day. He was professional, personable, and patience with us from beginning to end. Also, very throughout with all of his work. He not only fixed our drain issues, he also educate us on plumbing systems and we appreciate it very much. We have nothing, but great experience with Kyle T and Zoom Drain.

Customer service is very important to me. When I first contacted Zoom Drain I received a reply almost immediately and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Kyle T. arrived to my appointment on time with face covering and all, which I appreciate tremendously. He was able to provide me an estimate for my two repairs and I was not pressured at all. He was very patient with me and provided me with worst case scenarios so I always knew what to expect. Our toilet has had on and off clogging issues for a long time. We had someone else come out a few months ago and it seemed to be working for a while but then it got clogged again. I messaged Zoom Drain. Drew responded so fast! And had lots of available windows of time. We needed evening and I was surprised they could come then. Kyle was who helped us and he did a great job. He gave me several quotes from best case to worst case scenario. No hidden fees or surprises. He was very thorough. Much more so than the last company. It turns out we had tree roots growing! Drew was able to schedule our emergency plumbing need within the next 30mins of reaching out to them. We had Ted come and take a look at our shower. He explained our options and we went ahead and choiced jet cleaning found the cleaning wipes my son flushed. Lucky he was able to take it out. Drain now sparkling clean.
