We had a main line emergency on Sunday and called Zoom. Drew answered right away and was super friendly and helpful. Right away he told us that mains are not his specialty but referred us to 2 other companies that do.

So even though Zoom couldn't help us this time, guess who we are going to call next time we have a draining or fixture installation need?

I was referred by Ted's plumbing. I called on a Sunday afternoon and the phone was immediately answered by Drew. He was very helpful and thorough about explaining their fees and policies. He explained that no work would be completed prior to diagnosis, and that the tech would contact me directly with more information. I immediately got a text confirmation for the appointment.

My techs name was Kyle and he was just as excellent. Very thorough and communicative, Kyle described everything in detail and provided me with straightforward book pricing based on what he saw. Immediately after the job he followed up with photos and email.

Overall, they saved me a major headache and saved me from getting scammed by Rooter Hero. They were 1/6th the price and very very, professional.

This company is now on my go to list for all emergencies in the future.

I had a great experience with Zoom drain. They are quick, professional, and have competitive flat rates.

I got a few quotes to fix my leaky toilet, and I thought that Zoom Drain's free diagnosis and flat rate list of services sounded like the best bet. I called them up and to my surprise, they were able to come within the next couple of hours (at no additional charge). This was great for me because I was planning to go out of town a couple of days later.

As promised, the technician came and took a look at the leak. He had a very relaxed, professional attitude and kindly answered all of the questions I had about toilets and plumbing. I even asked him to take a look at my other toilet, which had a very slow occasional leak, and discovered a hole in the toilet itself that I had never noticed!

He presented me with the quote for a wax ring replacement, and I was impressed because it was actually the lowest I had seen. It is also notable that I didn't feel any weird pressure to accept the quote following the free inspection.

The job took about an hour, during which time he explained what he was doing, and why the previous resetting caused this leak in the first place.

I will be calling Zoom next time I have a plumbing issue, and would definitely recommend them.

My toilet overflowed this morning out of no where I called Zoom Drain they were able to send someone out once I left work he actually beat me home , was kind a courteous Maurice is his name very Professional I spoke with adds on the phone very kind worked with my schedule. Maurice handled the issue and cleaned up and explained the issue to me.

These guys saved the day. My bathroom flooded on Easter and they were the only ones who were open that day. We didn't know where the source of the flooding came from but they took their time to investigate and find the source after multiple tries. Prices were reasonable too. Thank you Zoom!

I had a clogg in toilet. I called few places most of them said they charge just for visiting. I had rooter plumbing come they did not explain nor diagnose the issue. But I was very much impressed by Moris sent from the company zoom drain. He took his time and explained very well. Highly recommend.

Our in-sink food disposal broke down after 18 yrs of use and started leaking; disgusting! As a family with kids there was zero chance we could get through the weekend without repairing it and I did not have 4-5 hours to get it done (watching youtube videos, visit to home depot, and doing the work).

So, I turned to Yelp, put in a quote request and waited. I didn't have to wait long--I received an instant reply from Zoom--for quotes to roll in. I considered two: Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain and Zoom Drain & Sewer Service. Ultimately I went with Zoom because they were able to get to my home first--within 2.5 hours of first contact!--and they offered a free quote (EG would charge $40 to come out to evaluate, but applies that amount to any repair costs).

The plumber that came out was AWESOME; quick, efficient, and answered all my questions with professional tips and information. Afterwards, I received a confirmation email with invoice, payment receipt, warranty information, and pre- and post-work pictures of the food disposal and drain. Oh, and the trucks they arrive in appear to have everything they need to get a job done so you don't have to have something come to evaluate and then return to get the job done.

The entire experience from first contact to completion took about 3 hours and I paid what I consider a fair price for parts and labor. I will definitely be using Zoom Drain & Sewer for future jobs!

So happy with zoom drain, Kyle is the man. Spent his entire evening late at night at our house diagnosing and clearing out an issue after the previous plumbing company couldn't figure out what was wrong. Very reasonably priced and they definitely know their stuff. Highly recommend.

My garbage disposal began leaking Saturday night as I was washing dishes. I had water everywhere. Even though it was after 10 pm, Zoom contacted me very quickly. I was impressed that they had all 5 star reviews. I asked if they had any Sunday appointments and was told yes. They promised to call in the morning with an available time - Which They Did!!! Drew on the phone was very helpful and professional. Jessie was the technician who installed my new disposal. It was great that he had one on his truck. He was very considerate about my house and property. He was polite and kept me informed and did a quick and efficient job. My new disposal works great. I am happy to give them an excellent review and I would recommend them whole heartedly. Thank you.
