Today, we had a great experience with Zoom Drain and Senior Technician William regarding an odorous bathroom sink. Prior to Zoom, we went with another plumbing company for an estimate. The other company estimated that major plumbing work would be required, and that it would total 10k+ in expenses. We got a second estimate from Zoom, and not only did William come out and fix the issue the same day; William and Zoom charged less than 5% of the other company's estimate to do so (and we have older plumbing, too). Save your time and money; call Zoom.

I called 2 companies before I called them and never heard back. I sent them a message at 11pm the night before. Not only did they call me back first thing in the am, they scheduled me for a same day appointment.
My tech, William, was great. He arrived on time and explained to me the service he would be providing.
Once finished he went through all of his findings and well as shared the pictures with me. I was more than satisfied with the work that was done.
I will definitely use them again for any plumbing services needed in the future.

During the last heavy rains, my french drains stopped working. I was able to get an appointment within two days. Kyle was my technician and he was wonderful. He helped me understand what was going on with the drains. He scoped them to find the problems. He was not trying to upsell me. He wasn't in a rush and he helped me understand everything completely. I would definitely use them again, and I also highly recommend Kyle. This was such a busy time that I was pleasantly surprised to get such a timely appointment and a kind representative.

This company is fantastic. I had a plumbing concern and booked them for a few days out. That concern grew to a real problem at 8:30 at night; I messaged them to see if they could come out the following morning and Tanner responded within about 15 minutes. It was such a relief to know they were reachable! Then Maurice came out the next morning and was so kind, patient, and professional. He fixed the situation and even helped me package up wet towels and left me with extra bags so they wouldn't drip on my carpet as I got them to the laundry room. I would hire them in a heartbeat again.

Pretty new to the area, Suffered service flooding 10/21 and thought my local plumbing co solved the problem. Then came 1/14/23. flooded again big time. Lcoal co came thru with a quote but wish washy on their last visit and observation which made me nervous. Thru a recommendation I called Zoom and they are amazing. their technician. Maurice is the BOMB. he took the time to walk me thru all my convoluted drainage issues, work both sides of the house 100% and cleaned up everything (left it better than when he got here). Zoom was a bit more $ than my plumbing co. but SO WELL WORTH IT.

Zoom Drain did a fantastic job on our restaurant. Our restaurant work with heavy grease and oils and couple of our drains were clogged badly. We previously had different companies come and look over but none of them were able to fix it.
However, Zoom Drain helped us out within an hour we called and fixed it under 30 minutes. We had Kyle who is very knowledgable at his profession and he made sure he does what we exactly wanted.
Overall, everything was awesome and they will have our business back.

With all of the crazy rain in December/January, our yard was flooding, including our landscape drains. I called Zoom Drain to come out and hopefully find out what the problem was. First, I appreciate that they came out the same day (even though it was dark when they arrived). Second, William was so helpful and respectful. 5 stars for him. So, we were able to find a couple of landscape drains that were covered by grass. So, as you can imagine, working at night has its challenges. William missed hydrojetting two of the drains. So, I contacted the company twice and asked them to complete the job (i had already paid them $650 for about 1 1/2 hours of work). Sorry, but I think I shouldn't have to pay more since they missed clearing a couple of drains). The company ghosted me. Tried contacting them about this issue multiple times. Not happy and would not recommend them.

Had a persistent sewer line blockage in my Tenants house in Sacramento.
Contacted Zoom, Tanner answered phone, seemed knowlegable and low pressure. Maurie was the service man, quickly got a good handle on the problem. It turned out there were two separate blockages. It took a couple of hours to clear line both, one out to the street and the other under house to both inside bathrooms.
