Robert was great. Unfortunately I needed Zippy to come in 24 hours after another plumber's mistake on our sink. I didn't have enough confidence in the other guy to call him back. Robert was very prompt and responsive. He got the job done in minutes, and he rechecked the other plumber's work to give me back some security against any future leaks. He also let me bend his ear about moving some pipes when we do a future renovation project. I had a very pleasant and optimistic experience with Zippy. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Definitely support your local business. I had a toilet leak and called upon one of those biggeRR plumbing chains. Short of the long, after 2-techs and a costly amount for a camera, I was given a high-priced amount for a fix for only a short distance (10-ft). The sewer line was clogged. The problem is they did NOT try to unclog the blockage to see if any issues continued out to the street. That would cost the same amount for every 10-feet. Having over 40-feet, that would be costly. Checking with another search service, Matt gave a call. We chatted and he sent Robert out. Extremely impressive. Not only was the camera ran but he removed the clog. Telling him of the other big-chain plumber, he was not impressed with their lack of customer service. Further, he found the root-cause of the clog, i.e., a poorly pitched sewer line. The otheRR big company (notice the RRs) were going to charge 2-3 times the amount actually costing from Zippy. So, Robert & Matt showed-up the next day, fixed the line, and did-so for far less than what RR would've charged for the entire job. They took care-of putting everything back and cleaning-up. I stood around and watched as they dug-up my front-yard, ran the new pipe, tested everything, and all in 1-day. I highly recommended them for plumbing work. They explain code as they work, they made good decisions when unexpected situations came-up (e.g., original sewer line went under the sidewalk, so, they ran a new line), and overall had good attitudes despite the slight rain. BTW, hope you guys enjoyed the cookies.

We had major plumbing issues and contacted Zippy Plumbing...they did not disappoint! David and Dan's customer service and expertise is impeccable. They were on time and explained everything to us thoroughly so that we were kept in the loop during the entire process. The quality of work the did to our home was A1. They came out during the COVID-19 crisis and made sure to disinfect our home when they were done to ensure all of our safety as well. I would recommend anyone who has plumbing issues to give your business to Zippy!

Last year, the sump pump in our basement stopped working, we called Matt. He arrived the same day and worked couple hours ( we didn't know it was a complex job and very grateful for his hard working), but the new sump pump had issues within 2 weeks, Matt came and spent a lot of time to fix it. After 7 months, the sump pump stopped working again. We tried to have him coming back. Since he purchased the new sump pump for us, we thought at least, we can get the manufacture warranty for that. But he stopped answering our calls, and never came back. Finally, we gave up on him and asked another plumber, and it took him 20 minutes to replace the new one.

Robert from Zippy came out within 2 hours of my call and was able to clear the blocked drain within 20 minutes plus he showed me how to do it the next time so I wouldn't have to call. I appreciated the fact that he tripled checked the drainage to make sure the block was cleared. I will be using Zippy again.

Called them at 3am for an emergency plumbing repair. The operator said a technician would call back. No one did. Called back 2 more times and both times operator was super nice, said she would get a tech to call me back but no one did. Can't trust this company again if I have a water leak crisis in the middle of the night.

Matt was very friendly and helpful - an did some extra work while at my house. Overall, had a pleasant experience. We had some disagreement on scope of work and resolution, however we have come to terms on the situation.
