They were quick to respond and send a plumber. However, they are severely overpriced. Quoted me over $16k for a pipe replacement in my crawlspace. Of course, I got other quotes. I ended up using another certified plumber who not only did everything they were going to do, but also replaced all the pipes in the house. Only cost me $4.5k!

Our situation quickly went from bad, to worst case, to beyond worst case. Think original, turn of the century terracotta piping that had disintegrated both under the foundation and outside of the house....6 feet under our driveway. Matt from Zippy Plumber came (way after normal business hours) and immediately was able to not only assess the situation, but articulate it to us in layman terms, intelligently. He immediately have us extremely high confidence in his ability to help us with a pretty dire situation. He also managed to call someone late on a Saturday to have an excavator ready to come for Sunday morning. He did an amazing and very thorough job in fixing our disintegrated pipes and I would recommend Matt and his team over any other plumbers in the area, or beyond.

What a joke!, called to ask for a price quote to have an ACCOR shut-off valve replaced, offered to send pictures. The guy I spoke to said it is $89 to send someone out and then they will be able to give a price quote. The usual scam, they'll charge you to look at it and then they will give you any price and if you don't like it, you lose the $89!. What I wanted is a straight forward task with a well known shut-off valve and I even offered to send pictures, but when I mentioned that to him, he hung up on me, I guess he realized I'll not play along with their scam!. I DON NOT RECOMMEND.

I called on Zippy Plumber again this year, after getting a $490 water bill. Sean came out the same day and Replaced the pipe from the street to my home by the next evening. He was very knowledgeable and professional and left the yard neat and clean after laying the pipe. Way to go Zippy Plumber!

Robert came within hours of my call, which was really nice since it was a clogged drain. The price seemed high to clear a drain, but then he stayed and showed me how to change out the valve assembly, which made it worth it. Robert was super friendly. Recommend for more substantial jobs where the price is worth it.

Robert from Zippy came out within 2 hours of my call and was able to clear the blocked drain within 20 minutes plus he showed me how to do it the next time so I wouldn't have to call. I appreciated the fact that he tripled checked the drainage to make sure the block was cleared. I will be using Zippy again.
