I cannot recommend Zippy Plumbers enough! Had a garbage disposal emergency at 10p. Someone actually answered my panicked call that night. The two plumbers are here and fixed the problem asap the next morning. They even replaced my garbage disposal, besides showing me how to check the p-traps. My go to plumbers from now on! And, don't put eggshells down the disposal...

Same day service! Robert and the other guy (can't recall his name) came out to unclog my main line by removing the toilet (I don't have a ground level clean out...yet). They did a great job! Friendly and professional. The price was a bit high but I would definitely use this company again.

Christina and Robert are amazing. Thanks to the ice storm, we had the pipe leading to our hot water heater freeze. Due to busted pipes everywhere and the backlog of work for everyone, we had a difficult time even getting plumbers to talk to us. Upon calling Zippy, Christina walked us through the steps to take to ensure that the entire plumbing system would not explode, once the dreaded thaw happened. She even called back prior to the technician arriving to make sure all was okay. Needless to say, when the pipe defrosted, it burst, sending water everywhere. Of course the water shut off valve was inoperable, as things are when emergencies arise. Christina to the rescue again! Robert was here in no time and was able to turn the water off at the meter before costly damage occurred. He was able to mend the broken pipe before I had to resort to Xanax. OH! Christina also hooked us up with a water damage repair company, who came out at no charge to calm our fears that the crawl space had turned into the Titanic. Thank you, THANK YOU Zippy! You guys saved our house and my sanity.

Excellent service from Robert. Pleasant, quick, and even though he had to leave and buy a part to fix my sink, the overall cost was reasonable. Highly recommended. 5 stars for in-house service. The one negative was that he arrived outside the quoted time window which was 11 AM- 1 PM and arrival was at 1:20 PM. However, this was reportedly because the job prior to mine took longer then expected. Hence the 4 star review.

Robert from Zippy came out within 2 hours of my call and was able to clear the blocked drain within 20 minutes plus he showed me how to do it the next time so I wouldn't have to call. I appreciated the fact that he tripled checked the drainage to make sure the block was cleared. I will be using Zippy again.

Robert arrived at my house and educated me on the issue with our toilet bowl. The bowl would overflow like Niagara Falls! He quickly showed me the """"snake"""" tool to clear up the clog and suggested that I buy one in case this happens again. Very pleasant, funny, and professional employee. This guy deserves a raise! I recommend Zippy Plumber to anyone. They are available anytime (even 1 AM in the morning as Robert told me!). And the chick (Kristina I hope I got that right?) answering their phone is very pleasant as well. She made sure the plumber was out at my house the same day! I hope she gets a raise as well for being patient with me and making sure I am happy with the response/service. Thanks again for the work and assistance!

Matt was the greatest. As a first time homeowner, I don't know much about being handy and fixing issues. When my kitchen sink started leaking I tried to fix it myself but was scared of making it worse. Matt was the first place I called from the internet and I could tell he was very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He offered to come out and look at the issue. But he was more than happy to walk me through the process of how to fix it on my own, even sending me pictures of the tools I would need! Sure enough I was able to fix it myself!! I will definitely go to him for future plumbing needs!

Zippy was very accommodating and was able to schedule an appointment that worked well with my schedule. I called other places and they weren't able to fit me in until the end of the week, but Zippy got me in the next day. Robert was timely and very polite and I appreciate the fact that we were able to discuss the price before he started doing the work.
