I called because I needed my garbage disposal replaced. I had another appointment with a company, however they were very unprofessional and arrived later than scheduled, and thought I was okay with them just 'showing up anytime' and not calling. After declining their services, I quickly looked online to find a licensed, dependable plumber who could replace my older garbage disposal with a new one. Robert and Alston arrived at my home on time and as scheduled. They took their shoes off prior to entering my home....a nice plus since we don't wear shoes in the house. They assessed the situation quickly, asked me some troubleshooting questions and quickly got to work. The job itself was relatively quick, and well under the estimated proposed time. Thankfully I had no additional issues such as water leakage or damage from my disposal or pipes underneath the sink. These gentleman were professional, answering service calls outside of the home, which was very pleasant to see them do that. They tagged team at every interval and double checked the work when it was completed. Prior to closing the sale, I was asked if I had questions-which I had one that was answered. They cleaned up and took the old disposal with them.....so no cleanup for me! Would I call them again? Absolutely! Would I refer them out to my friends and family? I've already done it!

I've now had a very minor repair and a very large repair from Zippy, and have been very happy both times. You can tell that these guys really know what they are doing and are striving to make sure that their fix is made to last, not just a quick fix. Response time is fast (including day of) and the work is quality. It's also been comforting to watch the more experienced guys working with and training the newer guys. Matt, Robert, and Alston have all taken good care of us.

I spoke with Matt and he was able to schedule an appointment for me later that evening. Matt arrived within the appointment window and had all the supplies necessary for the repair in his truck, which saved me a trip to Home Depot! Matt was very efficient and professional. He explained the problem, went over my options for replacing the disposal, and then showed me tips to take care of my new disposal. Called Zippy to get a second opinion on what I was told was a broken pipe in a rental property. Because I thought I had a broken pipe I needed to have someone out to the property immediately. This was the only company that I called that would accommodate me. Matt could have taken advantage of the bad information I received and run up a huge bill, but instead he was honest and his invoice was half of what the other plumber told me. I would highly recommend Zippy Plumber to everyone. There's a reason they have high ratings on Yelp- they deserve them.

Matt and Jack were awesome! I had a leak under my kitchen sink and Matt talked me through the entire issue so that I could easily understand. He explained different scenarios of how to fix the problem. He even gave me tips on how to increase water pressure in my shower and sink faucet. Very knowledgeable and a nice guy too!
