My front bathroom was clogged up. The water was not draining out of my shower like it was supposed to. So, called my insurance company and they commended me to Zeuz Plumbing. Aaron as my primary plumber and he did an outstanding job. In a very timely manner Aaron solved my problem and I am more than satisfied. I recommend Zeuz Plumbing and ask for Aaron as your primary plumber. Thanks for a job well done!

Do not use this company. We waited all day for them to come, and got a notice at 4:30 that they weren't coming. Rescheduled for a Saturday and got a text to confirm on Saturday morning to verify that we were home. In 6 mins we got a response that they were canceling because we didn't respond. The lady we spoke with was rude and not helpful. Don't waste your time.

This is the worst plumber I have ever had! We were paired with them twice through my home warranty, and the first time they came they told me they couldn't fix my leaky sink but told me how to complete it myself. After doing ALL the things the plumber suggested and spending over $90, they were wrong!! All I actually needed was an O ring to seal it!
Now I was paired with them yet again for a leaky tub. The plumber came and instructed to us to pull the tub ourselves to bypass the fee associated with tub pulling and call back to make an appointment to fix the leak. We did EXACTLY as he said and upon calling I was told that because I pulled the tub, it created a liability and not only could they not fix it but even if I put the tub back, they could not work with me! I am enraged and will be complaining to my home warranty provider as well.

First experience:
This is the plumbing company my home warranty uses so I had no choice in selecting this company,
The first time they came out to my home they quoted me about $900 for work that would not be covered by my warranty. For the price and work, I of course, personally hired two other plumbing companies to inspect and provide quotes.
Turns out the job was a $100-$150 job and was fixed with a simple repair. Now I have a hole in my ceiling that needs to be replaced when it didn't need to be made to fix the issue in the shower above.
Second experience:
Water flooding my laundry room on a Thursday. They call to schedule on Friday and dispatch tells me they will see if anyone wants to work on Saturday to get my issue taken care of. Mind you, I advised them that I am pregnant and have a baby and need water in my home since we eventually had to shut off the water supply. Turns out they had no one willing to work on a Saturday. Fine. Next appointment is not till Monday. Fast forward it took them 3 days to submit the work report to my warranty company so they could approve the repair. I called several times and was told it would happen by end of the day. Constantly over promised with failure to deliver. In one phone call, April from dispatch continually cut me off as I was speaking and hung up on me when I asked her to let me finish speaking. I called several times to speak to a supervisor and was told she was "on the other line" or "not in yet" or "would call me back". Day 4 and they still have not called to schedule my water heater replacement and it's Friday.
Who knows if they will have a plumber willing to work over the weekend or have availability in their schedule since they have too much work that they cannot keep up with and provide a decent customer service experience. Next time I have a plumbing issue I will ask that my warranty company NOT use them or I will cancel my warranty and find another that does not collaborate with this company.

I only put one star to make sure this review posts. Zeus was sent out by my home warranty company to repair or replace my water heater. Zeus was not content with the money authorized by FNHW, and submitted an up charge bill of over $900 for additional work that needed to be done. I questioned those charges, since I had paid the same charges four years ago when Zeus first installed the water heater. Zeus claimed, through their Secretary only, that there was a code requiring them to replace everything and modify the water lines (which they also did four years ago). My county does not require any additional modifications or replacement of all those parts. Rheem, the water heater manufacturer, also does not require that anything be replaced to warranty the water heater. Zeus refused to give me any applicable codes or statutes - they were simply trying to cheat me. I ultimately took care of getting the water heater replaced on my own. I would NEVER use this company. BEWARE!!!

This company was very disrespectful and rude. I had a warranty to cover the work, they told the warranty company they would have to dig the water pressure access out and would charge me over the warranty price. I had SAWS..San Antonio Water Service to come out and clarify what was broken. They clarified and also showed me where the access was that Zeus Plumbing could not find. When I sent them a photo of the access today they were still trying to clarify after a week of no responses. Nothing needs to be dug and I don't need to pay extra because it is exposed to work on. They then said we are going to send it back to the warranty company and then hung up on me. I guess trying to be an informed consumer is not allowed. 2 days prior when i called they said I had an attitude because I was asking why its taking so long to schedule when their is no barrier to the work. I assume that is an extra way to charge the homeowner extra for what does not need to be done.
Horrible customer service! Do not use.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They were dispatched from my home warranty company and they failed to show twice, canceled last minute again and then total didn't show up untill I called then and reminded them of the appointment they rescheduled. They are unprofessional and even worse they price gouge individuals, they had the audacity to quote me $125 for a water heater drain pan and $250 for an expansion tank both of which cost under $40 at your local hardware store. Absolute disgrace.

Zeus was scheduled through my home warranty company. It was truly the worst service experience we have ever encountered. The first day they were scheduled they never showed up or called. I called the home warranty company the next morning & they assured me Zeus would be out the next day, Friday. Several hours after Zeus plumber did not show we called & they informed me they would have to reschedule for Sat. The plumber did come on Sat, he was very nice but did not know what he was doing. Set my toilet but forgot to attach hose resulting in water running all over my new wood floors. I understand things happen so I called Monday to schedule again. I was informed his truck was broken & they would reschedule me once his van was fixed & he caught up with other calls they had to reschedule. Thankfully it was not my master toilet so I tried to understand & wait until Friday when he was to show by noon. He did not arrive so I called & I was told he would not make it. The last straw was when I asked to speak to the owner/master plumber & he refused to talk with me. I called my warranty company to send another company & informed them of the terrible service. I questioned their vetting of service vendors. Bottom line, believe the majority of the reviews & DO NOT USE ZEUS PLUMBING. Rating no stars!

Wow the reviews seem to all indicate the same issue. AHS home warranty sends them, and low and behold. Can someone explain why I should be charged for these items that look like they are in good condition? Additionally, does anyone see any code violations???

I used Zeus through my home warranty and didn't have an issue at all. Maybe I was a lucky one. It was easy to get an appointment. They showed up on time and were to help me figure out there was nothing wrong with my faucet fixture in my tub. Since they had come out. I asked them about installing a reverse osmosis system In my home. They gave me the quote and within days I was able to get it installed without any problems. I checked what others would charge for this system and it was in the same ball park. I felt they did a good job and didn't overly charge. And they were prepared wearing a mask during Covid. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews prior. I would have been nervous to use them.
