Recommended Customer Reviews

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They made the problem worse than before they arrived. The "plumber" that arrived and it was clear he already had a bad bad; complained about everything and did his best not to work. I would recommend you do the job yourself before you call this company...

Insist on different plumber if given this company by your home warranty. Customer service is nonexistent. They don't call when their schedule changes. They will waste your time with excuses as to why they can't make it.

As with the other reviewers, I was introduced to Zeus Plumbing via the home warranty company. I decided it was worth my time and effort to sign up for Yelp and give this company a bad review because they are exceptionally awful. I never got a call to get on their schedule, despite being told by the home warranty company that I would be contacted within 3-5 hours. One day was completely wasted. I called the following day and was told by an exceptionally rude woman that someone would arrive 3 days later between 8-noon. After waiting three days and no technician arrived in the alloted time, I called and was told I "should" hear from someone by the end of the day. When I tried to nail down a time she went psycho. My home warranty company than called and the customer service person bit their head off as well. I moved here from Boston and am used to dealing with a-holes. Believe me, their customer service takes the cake for biggest a-hole I've worked with and that is quite an accomplishment! My three year old shows more character and integrity, and he got kicked out of the YMCA childcare for almost biting off a finger. I don't know what their work is like as I never received the service I requested and am fearfully awaiting to see who the home warranty company picks as the next provider. Meanwhile i am washing dishes in the bathtub and my cabinets are ruined...

I was recently assigned to Zeus Plumbing through my home warranty company to repair a hot water heater. There service was absolutely horrible. They never completed the job and the repair was ultimately assigned to another service provider that knocked it out in one trip. During the month long ordeal, I repeatedly contacted Zeus Plumbing only to have my calls answered by a call center. I left at least 10 different messages and never received a return phone call. They also took one of my shower heads that was damaged during their attempted repair to my hot water heater. It took me filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before I received any response from them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Well, at least the other reviewers actually got to SEE a plumber. I purchased a Living Social deal for 2 hours of plumbing service from Zeus Plumbing, and I can't even get anyone to return my (many, many) phone calls!
My recommendation - go elsewhere!

I impulsively bought a Living Social deal from these folks Wednesday because I was having a slow drain issue and had standing water in my tub. I called to schedule that morning. The phones are answered by what sounds like an answering service and I was asked if I had a warranty, if I was the homeowner and how to spell my name twice! I reported my issue and was asked if "it was an emergency." We'll, not exactly except I can't shower. I specifically asked when they could come out as no appointment was offered, just leave a message and the tech would call back to schedule. I did ask if it would be today, and was told she did not know? Hmmmm, not surprisingly no call/ no show. I called again at 5:30, was asked the same questions again, and given the same prepared speech. This time I said it was an emergency. Still no promised callback to schedule-- so day one and I have no appointment yet, I'm just supposed to sit home and wait? Called next morning, same speech except she knew I was frustrated by their inability to make an appt or even tell me if they could come out that day either. She offered to call the tech and inquire for me and what do you know, she said they did not answer. I waited for another two hours for a callback and asked for a refund from Living Social. Not sure if this is a brick-and-mortar business or just a ragtag group of "techs." Still waiting on that plumber's call, but I'll probably have to call a professional plumber first.

Worst customer service ever. Had a water heater go out and my home warranty company sent these Yahoos. It took them over a week and a half to replace the water heater and now a month later my pressure regulator has burst causing GALLONS AND GALLONS of water to leak. I've been calling them for 4 days and no one has gotten back to me. I try to get a number to reach someone and I just keep getting passed to their answering service who never gets back to me.
NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!

Our home warranty company sent Zeus out which is strange, we have licensed plumbers in Kerrville that have great reviews. Not sure why they insist on using Zeus. The plumber used a snake down our kitchen sink that was too big and he broke our pipes with it, which we didn't realize until afterwards when we brought in another plumber because apparently we had issues that weren't covered by our home warranty. So we had water coming in under our wood floors. Ask your home warranty to send someone else!!!

I was introduced to Zeus Plumbing via my home warranty, First American. My kitchen faucet was leaking a little bit. I thought since it was covered by the warranty, let's try to fix it. I called my warranty. They assigned it to Zeus.
The first appointment was set from 8a-12p Monday. The tech showed up at 11am. That's fine. He checked the faucet for a minute, and diagnosed the faucet was leaking. Sure, I knew it. He asked for $60 immediately before he contacted my warranty. He called my warranty and showed me a manufacturer standard kitchen faucet, three-hole style. I said, my countertop has just one hole, it didn't fit. He said, you can buy one, and I will be back later afternoon to install it after I complete other jobs. Sound not bad. I called my warranty trying to find out if it is covered or not. Anyway, I bought a faucet. Stayed home expecting him to come back and install. He never showed up. Just wasted a whole day.
Tuesday, I called Zeus and was told I need to reschedule to Friday, 8a-12p; mine was the first job. Good. For faucet, I need to call my warranty. A long story with my warranty, First American. After many calls with warranty and Zeus, we reached an agreement finally to replace the faucet with a manufacturer standard kitchen faucet, one-hole style to fit my countertop.
Friday, Waited until about 9:30a, no one showed up, and no call from them. I called Zeus, and was told to hold, and then said someone will call me soon. Waited another hour. No call. I called them, and was told no tech will come, because the plan has been changed to cash out. Why? Call you warranty. They hanged my called when we are still talking.
I will remember Zeus to never use them.

Used the company in January and got a one year warranty on pressure relief valve. Tech had me pay with a check in his name rather than the company name. Struck me as odd, but I wasn't about to stand in my driveway arguing about it.
Now, four months later, the part is leaking. All day, every day. While we're in a drought.
As soon as I noticed, I called to schedule.
Friday, he as supposed to be out. Appointment time came and went, called and got an apology that another job took much longer than expected.
Saturday, he was supposed to be here. Waited all damn day, no calls at all. Finally call myself, only to get a frustrated guy saying he's been working too much on other jobs to make it by.
Monday, same story. He never calls to let you know when or where he is, so you just waste days waiting until you have to resort to blowing up their phone lines.
What good is my one-year warranty if I can't get them to come out and FIX it?
At this point, the water bill for the leak is going to be astronomical.
Now they won't even answer my calls, let alone return them, or bother to show up to finish the job- guess this is $300 down the drain.
EDIT: Main office has informed that me the employee I worked with does not work there any more and is apparently still operating independently under the guise of being affiliated with the company.
