DO NOT go with this company! They called me before my appointment from a unknown number. Couldn't call them back, I called the office, the girl goes, "Hang on!" I was on hold for over 5 minutes, I hung up. I called them back 3 more times, rings, and rings and goes straight to VM. I arrive home before the scheduled appointment. Called the office, the girl was rude, said, "I will address" of course we know that means nothing. Now I am having to wait until "they can show up sometime today." Poor excuse for a company, no answer as to why the tech didn't leave a phone number to call back or why they don't pick up the phone. Guess you can't when they don't have a valid answer.

Worst customer service ever! I teach management at the university and planning to use them as a case study for how bad leadership and rudeness with customers from the office manager sets a negative tone and culture for the entire organization.
Had to deal with them two times in two years and both times their technician did not show up and when I called the office manager, she did not take any responsibility and was dishonest about the situation.

We had a water leak that was causing water damage in the wall and damage to the wood floor in an adjacent room. We called our home warranty company, reported the claim and waited. After many hours I called the assigned company Zeus. The office lady was rude and told me it would be more than 24 hours before they could come out. I explained that I work from home and couldn't be without water that long. She repeated that they were within there allowed time frame for an emergency and if I didn't take that time they wouldn't come out for 3 more days. We had to do something so we went into the attic, found the leak, capped it and left everything else alone so they could see what the problem had been. We even took pics. When the repair guy showed up and looked at it they refused to do the repair under the home warranty because there was no longer a leak. WTF....so we were supposed to go without water or continue to let additional damage happen (which isn't covered anyway) because they have no sense of customer service and don't give a damn about actually taking care of a customer. And to top it off we still had to pay for the service call because they showed up. I can't even give one star in this case but I guess that is the minimum to submit a review.

Garbage disposal stopped working and we were sent these guys from home insurance. After putting in the work order a week went by and we never heard from them. WE are the ones that called them to make the appointment. After doing so they canceled and came out the following day. Finally, DAVID arrived. Came in, took a flashlight to the interior disposal, grabbed a wrench, did a couple turns pushed a button and boom it worked. Told him about the noise it was making and continued doing so even after it was back on. Said he suspected something foreign went down disposal and stated it would not be covered. Why the hell would we put a foreign object in the disposal?? He DID NOT bother opening it up and looking for the problem. As long as it was working he got his $75 in less than 10 minutes and was gone. It took him longer to smoke his cigarrett and come inside the the initial time of the visit. Very disappointed! Not only were we ripped off but he wrote the assumption on paper making it seem like we were at fault without checking it further. Will NEVER use these guys again!

We posted our complaint with the BBB and received a call from the secretary the same day (not the owner, who couldn't be bothered to try and talk to us about our issue) informing us that unless we retracted our complaint we would receive a letter from their lawyer for making false statements. What??? Nothing in our complaint was false. We did not say anything other than what happened. The owner has yet to reach out to us and try and resolve anything. If this company spent more time fixing things people are complaining about and less time threatening legal action they might have better ratings.

One star because there is no option for zero or negative stars.
Clearly Zeus takes no pride in workmanship or customer satisfaction. It was clearly implied that they had plenty of other call orders and really didn't need my business even when the problem was a result of their failure to fix it teh first time!!!
Zeus Plumbing has the ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service I have ever encountered. They were assigned under my Home Warranty of America. While I was told to expect a call an hour before the plumber arrived - I didn't get it. He spent most of the afternoon installing a clean-out and snaking the drain. He promised me that would solve the problem and everything was fixed. Within 15 minutes of the plumber's departure, I noticed sewage running across my garage floor, down the driveway and into my neighbor's yard.
I called Zeus, but even though they advertise 24 hour service, no one was available to answer the phone. I called the next morning and was told that they couldn't come fix what they DIDN'T fix the day before without the warranty company approval. I had called the warranty company the night before and actually had a copy of the return authorization approval, but I called the warranty company anyway. They contacted Zeus and told me Zeus would be contacting me imminently to schedule the return appointment.
After waiting an hour with no call from Zeus, I finally called them back and they rudely told me the soonest they could be here was late tomorrow afternoon - MAYBE. 48+ hours after first contact. I was then told it was MY FAULT for the delay because I didn't confirm an appointment during my first call -THE CALL WHERE THEY TOLD ME THEY DID NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO COME OUT!!!
The woman that does the scheduling is incredibly rude and obnoxious. I could have accepted the need for a recall - even without any apologies for the need for a recall, but her nasty attitude makes me warn everyone STAY AWAY!!!! Thankfully, the warranty company reassigned the job to another company who will be here right away.

Chris from Zeus plumbing did a great job fixing my water heater today. This is the second time they have been out to my house and both times did a great job.

I want to thank God for Tim from Zeus Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and personal. He fixed my water heater and explained everything he had to do with the upgrades and the replacement. I never meet anyone with such a positive attitude. For my next job, I will definitely call them the next time.

I called American Home Shield and they assigned this company. I can only say that they either sent the worlds worst plumber or a thief posing as an awful plumber. He lied about me not having a PVR and was wrong about the leak. He was willing to repair pipes that didn't need it and install a PVR even though I had for $1,500. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the state board.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They made the problem worse than before they arrived. The "plumber" that arrived and it was clear he already had a bad bad; complained about everything and did his best not to work. I would recommend you do the job yourself before you call this company...
