I had a horrible clog in my pipes. It was deep in the wall bc we checked the pipes under the sink ourselves. I scheduled an appointment with Zeus plumbing on Friday afternoon for Monday (today) between 11-3. I got lucky & Cody was able to come to my house about an hour early. He was very friendly. He introduced himself & answered all of my questions about what was wrong & what he was going to do to fix it. I asked a TON of questions & he was always happy to answer them. Other plumbers have brushed me off when I've asked questions & made it clear that they had no interest in telling me what was wrong. They just wanted to fix it, get my money & run. Cody, however, even waited for me to write the answers down so I could tell my husband what was wrong when he got home fr work. (Horrible memory so I write down everything) The bathroom was fixed quickly! The price was great! I paid w my credit card & my receipt was emailed to my husband. (Side note: Cody even pronounced our last name right when he called in the credit card payment! Miracle!) This visit was quick & painless. I will use Zeus Plumbing & recommend them to everyone I know from now on. If you need an excellent plumbing company & a friendly plumber... Call Zeus & ask for Cody! He's phenomenal!!! Thank you Zeus & Cody!

This place has no idea what scheduled time means. If you tell me you will be there tomorrow but show up two days later, come on. I hope the work is better than your service.

They came out on a home warranty service and said he couldn't fix it. At our home less than 10 minutes and we still had to pay the $75 warranty fee to the company. We originally refused to pay the plumber that came out, but the warranty company said we had to pay them. I did tell the warranty company to please never send them to our property again. If you can't fix it, you shouldn't charge for it.

Ok. Well, one year ago we had a leak from our water heater. Our homeowners insurance (First American Home Warranty - also horrific) provided this plumbing service. The plumber came and "fixed" the problem. Present day - we once again our water heater has the same leak. Our homeowners send out the same company. Except for this time, we are all the sudden not up to code. They quoted us $1,880 out of pocket, not including the water heater. After having a licensed plumber in our family look at the information we were told he could purchase the material for us at cost. I called Zeus to ask what it would be for just labor. I was told she would call me back immediately, once she spoke to the plumber. 2 days later and she hasn't bothered to return my call. I believe this company is in a scam with our homeowner company. When I called First American to ask what our cash out option would be I was advised it would be very low because they had a contract with the plumber and paid them regardless if they did the job. HOW CONVENIENT.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE!!

They stood me up TWO days in a row!! Scheduled with them after being referred by our home warranty company. Appointment to come on a Thursday between 8-1; got a text a few days before the appointment that said the window was 7-12, so I call to determine which it is and I'm told they're having issues with their automated system and it's the time I was given over the phone. Day and service window comes with no phone call, no show. I call them and get some lame excuse from a lady while she's simultaneously coughing up a lung. She says they pushed the appointment back to that evening (without asking me), so I explain that's not how a service window works and I won't be home hence why I scheduled it for the times I did. She apologizes and we reschedule for the same window of time the VERY next day and same thing - no phone call, no show. Now I've lost 5 days since I made the appointment and have to start the process all over again. Waste of time!

Zeus Plumbing was called through our home warranty company when our kitchen sink had been leaking and flooded the cabinet underneath. They made contact with us within a very short time (which isn't usually the case) and set up a day and time to come out. We didn't have to wait
A young plumber showed up (David) and he was very friendly and professional. He took care of our leaking sink and was on his way. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Zeus Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Zeus Plumbing was sent out by my home warranty company to look at my water heater which was making a popping noise due to sediment buildup in the tank. After about 5 minutes I was quoted $995 out of pocket cost to replace the water heater. In 2015 I had the other water heater replaced by a different company and the out of pocket cost was $450. I demanded a second opinion this time. A-Snap plumbing was sent out for the second opinion and Roger was great. He spent about 40 minutes explaining to me how to drain the water heater and fill with vinegar to break up the sediment for no cost. Literally saved me $995.

My home warranty dispatched Zeus for leaky hose bibbs. Calls to the office were immediately answered and staff was very courteous. Zack was on-time, knowledgeable and took care of everything. It turns out it wasn't a big job, but absolutely no complaints from start to finish.

Called home warranty for a leaking shower faucet and they sent Zeus out to fix. Cody called and said he was on his way and once he showed up he fixed the problem within minutes (he had to go get a part, however once he was back he took care of the issue quickly). Very professional and very thorough.

Zeus Plumbing came out as a result of a home warranty claim. Zeus Plumbing (David) came out in November to fix an issue. My second floor tub was leaking through my ceiling and into my dining room.

The office staff gets a 1 star review. They called me to lock in a date/time for the repairs. They called the day the repairs were to be completed in order to confirm the appointment. They called again to confirm. I didn't answer, so they informed me on my voicemail that they would cancel the appointment since I wasn't available. I immediately called back to reschedule in my same time slot (I'm sorry a guy had to use the restroom every now and then). Luckily the time slot hadn't been taken, so she rescheduled it. She called about FOUR MORE TIMES to confirm I would be there. If I wouldn't have answered, she would have cancelled. This is a ridiculous practice given that I had told her I took the day off for the repairs!

David, on the other hand, was professional and did an excellent job at explaining what the warranty did/didn't cover so that there wouldn't be any surprises. Within a few days, my tub was leaking again. Unfortunately I was traveling for work at the time, and then Christmas/New Year holidays happened. Long story short, I couldn't call back until the beginning of February.

I called my home warranty, and they said this request fell within the 90 day guarantee, and that the plumbing company would call me within 24 hours to schedule the appointment. They did. Same lady as before. At first she told me I was past my 30 days, and I would need to pay for the repair. I told her I had a 90 day. She LITERALLY said, "Oh yes, November, December, January... you have passed the 90 days". I had to break it down for her "Nov-Dec = 30 days. Dec-Jan = 60 days. Jan-Feb = 90 days". She apologized for the mistake, but I have to wonder how many people would have fallen for the deceiving trick.

Again, David came out to do the repairs. Just like before, he was extremely professional and courteous. Worked to find the problem, and fixed the issue without any complications. I would definitely trust David to work on my plumbing issues again, but just watch out with the administration staff.
