Please believe the rating this company is horrible. It's really and under statement , I didn't ask for this company to service my home . If you don't have the proper equipment to find a leak leave it up to the company's that can , You shouldn't charge customers money for a job you can't complete then you suggest other company to do your work. This company had the nerves to say they found the leak on my property , and expect to get paid for labor hours of them digging in the ground for pipes with shovels in my yard and still can't give a answer to we're the leak is coming from. So they suggested it's in my house how do you know you don't have any special tools are equipment to determine that. Horrible you send a contract ok of labor cost per hour then take average of the time and still don't locate the leak . So I only continued to use them because they maded like they would detect the leak. It's bad business practice you charge me by the hour to just had dig a hole to find the main water pipe . And then suggest there's no leak outside if has to be in the house. This company should have left this to the company's that have special tools live AA plumbing and American leak detection. They just ran up a bill by acting as if they knew how to detect a leak so that they still get paid , they know they won't locate it , then they charged me for a job incomplete telling me it has to be in my home they suggest I should call one of the other companies. Bad for business to lie to customers then ride the clock just to get paid for a job not done. You didn't locate a leak you can't charge!!!!!! Never again if I could they wouldn't even get one star rating. Use a better company used this company December 2023

Nick is a 10 out of 10, he went out of his way to determine the source of the leak. Unfortunately his coworkers who installed the hot water heater saw our house was being flooded after they turned n the water and said "sorry call your home warranty we only install hot water heaters" WORD OF ADVICE do NOT touch appliances let them check everything, watch and ask to record EVERYTHING they touch! After hot water heater installation the plumber directed me to turn on the bathroom tub faucets and leave on for 5 minutes....massive amounts of air and massive leak BUT the plumbers started to leave once they heard water was on! I ran out to the street and stopped them to get back in there to see the leak! Avoidable disaster had they been the nines to complete the job from beginning to end!!!! Our house is wrecked because of this company! Thankfully Nick and Austin (neither fixed the issue BUT are extremely knowledgeable-request these individuals!). We wished we had a better experience or originally had Austin or Nick to complete the work maybe our house wouldn't have flooded!!!
Nick and Austin start your own plumb company and we will follow you, very knowledgeable and follow up was great but buyer beware of Zeus plumbing!!!!!

ZERO ZEUS! Hot water heater replacement and it caused a busted pipe in the house. The technicians left because they installed the hot water heater, home warranty company only covered hot water heater; therefore the techs left with my house flooding saying call home warranty, I asked if they could help and they said to call home warranty company. Thousands of dollars worth of damage!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

A terrible place with over pricing things. Very poor. DO NOT USE THEM.

So here is what happened, 3 years or so ago in Dec 2019 our water heater went bad so through Home Warranty we were referred to them. They charged me over 1100 dollars for things not covered with warranty such as expansion tank, new fittings and other things. BTW, water heater was from State company. Three years down I called them and they came out and wanted another 1100 dollars just for fixing their shoddy work. And instead of stating we can change the water heater under 6 warranty they wanted to just change the thermostat.

I called another plumber, he showed me where they had installed incorrectly and how that lead to corrosion and the entire water heater was bad and should be replaced. So I called "State" company and they mentioned that they sell these through Ferguson and anything we would need to file claim, get it approved and then I need to take it to the Ferguson who will probably offer me pennies to dollar. Pretty, pretty bad. So please do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THEM. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.

Zeus quoted us approx 20k to fix a major plumbing issue; however, they failed to pull a permit as agreed (thus exposing me to potential litigation from the tenant), advised me that the issue as remedied would not pass inspection and addition 10k approx in work was needed. After a lack of responsiveness and no accountability they were fired. The second plumber and city inspector noted that the work they had performed was improper (eg incorrect fall to allow proper drainage, in adaquete support for piping). Amateur work. They are the only plumbers immediately available for a reason. The reviews on their own website are incongruent with my experience.

Believe the rating. These guys are horrible. I should of paid more for a more reputable company. Instead of this place, lesson learned.

We had Zeus plumbing install a gas water heater, since day one of using it we have had issues, NO HOT WATER. Zeus plumbing came out once and said it was the pilot light and left and was hot water for a day and now going on a week with no hot water. they schedule and reschule with an excuse that tech is out sick. The dispatcher says..thats why we give a year warranty ..guess she knew that her own employer is shady. and techs dont know whaat they are doing. Ill never use them again, and the only reason I used them was because of my home warranty. Ill never ever use!!!!

Their workmanship was not subpar, however the prices they charged were absorbent bordering on gouging. After my home warranty paid for disposal, 250 dollars worth of code upgrades as well as all of the labor and the water heater itself, I still had to come out of pocket 900 dollars for "code updates" which is code for replacing things that work perfectly fine. I would look elsewhere for a plumber.

READ THIS for your own sake. This company has cost us money and made our situation worse. We had to use them because of our home warranty having a contract with them otherwise we would not have. They were called to clear a clog in our sewer line under the house. They weren't able to do it with an auger so they came back the next day with a 4,000 PSI hydro jet and cleared the clog as well as broke our pipe. Now we have a $5,000 fix under our house along with Zeus keeping our money. This is the shadiest business in every aspect that I've ever had an experience with.
