Called Zest plumbing as I had a back up in the drain from the washing machine. They quickly diagnosed the problem all for a fair price and started work the next morning. They were efficient, polite, and when they were done, everything was cleaned up immaculately.

We had a small slab leak in our utility room from our water heater to our kitchen sink. Mike and the owner quoted the job with a military discount and was over to repair it the next day. Had a plumbing vent issue on a Saturday. Remarkably easy to use online system to setup an in-home visit Monday morning. The automated notification system is awesome. My plumbers name was Paris and he was so great. Everything fixed up in 15 minutes. Super courteous, careful of tracking crud into the house (it was raining), knowledgeable and communicative. Couldn't be more impressed.

Reached out to them about an issue with my garbage disposal. Received a text after making an appt with the tech's picture and details. He showed up promptly and was very polite and helpful. The problem was minor and he didn't even charge for the service call as a result. How many companies do that? Will use Zest for any plumbing needs in the future!!

Hired them to fix a septic smell in our house. Their employee did a partial smoke test of one vent and found a problem with the toilet. He said that should fix it, but if not, he'd come back free of charge and do a smoke test in the other vents. It did not fic the problem. The company manager told me that he's not responsible for this employee because he was fired. I pointed out that I relied on the employee and that the company took my $$. The manager insisted they had no responsibility for anyone they fired. BEWARE -- they do not honor their commitments.

Tyler was great to work with. I was out of town when I was notified that my outside pipes were leaking water. I called Zest Plumbing and had Tyler, a plumbing tech, at my home within an hour. He kept in contact with me by phone. Tyler finished the job within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Zest Plumbing.
