Five star all the way!!! I had the best experience with this company the other day. I had a few concerns with my house and when I called last week to make an appointment, the woman who answered the phone (I can't remember her name... Dianna I think?) was polite and sympathetic to my concerns; the first plus of this company. Our technician, Paris, was incredible! He showed up on time, was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful and took the time to explain everything and show me what he was talking about in a way that I could understand but didn't feel like I was being talked down to. There were a few items Paris recommended and some we spoke about that he said I could wait to do until down the line. I felt like he spent a good deal of time repairing my items and did not rush in order to get to the next job like some other plumbers I have used on the past. He didn't just make a repair, he got to the root of what was causing my issues so I wouldn't keep having problems. My first experience was wonderful and it certainly won't be my last! I recommend Zest! All the way!! Great job!!!

We had a slab leak and the first company wanted to just jack hammer up the slab and start looking. Caesar came out from Zest and was here two hours and quite meticulous to ensure even at the city inlet meter there was a slow leak. Our leak wasn't consistent and he took the time to reproduce and be 100% sure where it came from. 2 days later Zest were back and did a reroute to that portion of the house. Professionally done, meticulous in getting it complete and were thorough.

Their scheduling process is always fast and you get updates, tracking of the plumber on a map in route, pictures of all the work, etc.

We've had several poor (or worse) plumbers since living here, but finally glad found someone we can trust.

My gas hot water heater went out over the weekend due to a leak, so I called Zest Plumbing and Drain to come out and take a look.

The field tech from Zest, Ronnie Thomas, was outstanding. He was quick to diagnose the source of the leak, he then quoted the job for me and talked through all the options I had. Ronnie was knowledgeable and prompt with a response on each topic we discussed. I would highly recommend his professional services to anyone that is in need of plumbing and drain work done.

FINALLY found a plumbing company I can use again!

First convenience! You can order services online 24/7. You can call (and they actually pick up) and make an appointment and having both options was fantastic.

Second service! You will get email and text confirmation of your appointment. When it's time for the visit you'll get a text 30 minutes or so in advanced with a picture of the rep AND A LINK FOR LIVE TRACKING OF THE VEHICLE! I was really amazed to see this. It is so nice to be able to track deliveries on the phone so why not repair people?

Third value! The repair I needed was a new garbage disposal. Sure I could order one online myself and have them instal it. That would have only saved a little and wasn't worth it. I would have bought an under powered version too. They had the real brand ISE disposals and it was much nicer than what the last plumber installed. They gave me a good price, arrived the next day as promised and it's even quieter to boot.

5 stars, they'll give you a quote for free. Give them a try. Look at all the 5 star reviews, that's how I found them!

No matter your plumbing concern, these are your guys. We discovered a pretty bad leak the first day in our new house (not ideal) but Zest made the repair process smooth and painless. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online for the very next day. Paris and Len did a wonderful job, took the extra time to make sure their work was quality and even more time explaining everything to me. I really felt like they had my back, and I was pleasantly surprised by their rates. Cannot recommend the Zest enough, they will take great care of you!

This is an amazing company and I can't say enough great things about their work and the entire staff! We had a huge plumbing situation that took several days to complete. Our entire house had to have new plumbing. In spite of having our floors opened up with cement and dirt everywhere, they kept everything covered, organized and cleaned up each day. The work quality is outstanding. The owner Ron even came out to see the progress and asked us how things were going. Don, Bill, Tyler, Len, and Paris are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dianna and Kiana in the office are always helpful and friendly making sure any questions or scheduling needs are attended to. Most of all the entire staff made a stressful and overwhelming situation fun believe it or not. In spite of the huge project they kept me smiling everyday they were there. Thank you Zest Plumbing!!!

I do most of my own work and like to think that I know what I'm doing. I also know my limits. My new construction home uses PEX piping, which isn't something a homeowner really shouldn't be messing with.

I needed a 1/2"" FPT fitting sweated on to a 1/2"" toilet supply line. The problem is that the 4"" copper stub was connected to PEX. I didn't want to sweat near my PEX, and didn't have the expansion tool or expertise to remove and reconnect the copper.

I called Zest late yesterday afternoon. They scheduled an estimate and explained that, if I agree with the estimate, the work could be done then. This was in contrast to the other three plumbers I had called, none of whom have gotten back to me yet.

Zest was to be out between 8-12. Randolph was here at 8:00 AM. Their estimate was 50% of the minimum quoted to one of the other ""top 10"" plumbers here on Yelp. I agreed and the job was complete 10 minutes later.

Randolph was extraordinarily friendly, and even let me watch him sweat the fitting, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was just a fantastic guy.

I received an invoice in my email with pictures and a detailed explanation of what was done. Their use of tech from appointment setup to Randall's arrival was leading edge, and very convenient.

Not only was my job done quickly, and at a really fair price, but I've now got a plumber that I can call and depend on when I need one. That's worth a lot.
