My hot water heater leaked all over my garage....yikes I called Zechs plumbing and left message at 7:00 pm. They called promptly at 8:00 in the morning gave me a fair quote and upon agreement showed up at 9:00. I was back in business by 11:00. Alex was very communicative and got the job done. I noticed my water heater was not keeping up with the usage of hot water, then I saw water coming out of the bottom of my heater into the garage! Not the best thing. I remembered using Zech plumbing before and I had great results with them, and the price was the lowest of three bids on that job. I made a call and spoke with a intelligent, and understanding lady that was helpful. John came out (owner), gave me a great bid and said it could be done right away! A tech showed up with the new heater which had more capacity, removed the old one and replaced it. I was so pleased with the job done! Right price, and the job done quickly! After recent hot water pipe leaks, above & under slab, the condo HOA mgmt. sent Zech Plumbing to handle the immediate pipe leak repairs that affected 2 condo units in RB. We requested Zech Plumbing to handle the reroute of the old water heater in a cabinet above the dryer, to the garage to prevent another fiasco from a hot water leak. He explained the steps needed to complete the work per requirements & provided a written estimate. We obtained a 2nd estimate from another known plumber who also described the work needed. Zech's estimate & method was much better in cost & method. We hired Zech to proceed. John Zech was patient & gave us information we needed. He promptly set up the work & arrived with his crew of 2 men then discussed details for the work. The crew worked well as a team & it was hard work. The installation of the new water heater in the garage is perfect. Appreciate the professional Zech team & thank John Zech for his prompt attention & reasonable cost.

Horrible experience. Scheduled tech to come out for noise in wall we thought was a leak because it stopped when we turned off outside hose lever shutoff. Alex opened nearby sprinkler valves & determined it was just a valve not completely turned off, making the noise. 3 minutes, no repair $135!
He seemed embarrassed, he knew it wasn't right charging that, saying it's the owners call. I called office to ask for a concession, something reasonable. The office gal was rude and deflecting, saying she has nothing to do with pricing. I mentioned that when scheduling no one ever mentioned $135. She said & I quote, ""I do NOT offer the information unless asked"". Incredible. Horrible customer service.
I will never use Zech again! 100% better customer service with Bill Howe and Black Mountain, who are ethical, reasonable.

I had my hot water tank replaced this last week and he (I think his name was Shawn) He couldn't have been nicer. Came within just a few hours of my calling, actually arrived earlier than expected and he completed the removal and installation so quickly. he was professional and personable. Great experience. Affordable as well Thank You Zech Plumbing . I will definitely recommend you and use your services again

The receptionist, Janet was very rude. When I conveyed the message to one of the owners, named Leo about my experience and the fact that all companies should think of their future profitability and growth by not putting a person like her as their representative, he got upset and cancelled my appointment. I do not recommend this company at all since it's not people oriented.

Alex came within 20 minutes of my call. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my shower valve even though it was frozen from hard water minerals. Very patience in dealing with the situation. He did an excellent job replacing my shower valve with a reasonable price. Thanks Alex for helping us. When we need a plumber, we will definitely be thinking of you.

Got great service. Did a great job of easily solving my slab leak and figuring the best way to fix it. Got the job done in a few hours. I was lucky and caught them in between jobs to get fix mine fixed. Second time I have used them. Lady who answered the phone got me set with an appointment. Did a great job on the drywall repair. Team was very friendly and courteous.

If you are looking for a plumber these guys are who you want to call..... they came in and fix the slab leak in two days and did a fantastic job. I have multiple rentals and used a lot of different plumbers, and by far these guys are the best.
