We had a very sad experience with the company. The technician that was sent to us started fixing the water heater and explained that he will need to buy some extra parts the next day. We haven't received the call from the company and when I called back the customer support, the person said that the technician person is not working anymore and we will not be able to come anymore, maybe find someone else. There was no hot water for a while already and now I have to find someone else and schedule an appointment (maybe it will take another week with no hot water).
The technician person actually started replacing some parts and said that it did not help, kinda stuck in the middle(

We had a slab leak the week of my daughters wedding! They took a stressful situation and fixed our plumbing disaster in a very quick turnaround. They were so efficient and reliable. I hope i don't need plumbing work any time soon, but If i do I'd definitely call Zech plumbing

Although every service provider around town in extremely busy, Zech plumbing fit us in and fixed our slab leak. After multiple estimates, Zech was the most fairly priced and they gave us multiple options of resolution. They ended up re-routing the pipe through the wall, which needed minimal construction in the house. Pedro was extremely professional. He was kind and knowledgeable and did an incredible job making it look like no one was ever here. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and professional plumbing company!

They saved us thousands on an under-slab repair! The ""other"" guys were going to tear up our slab to fix the broken line. Zech's team came in and realized that they didn't need to cut into the slab. They re-routed the pipe and capped off the leaking one. ~$6K less than the other quotes we got.

If you enjoy DMV customer service this is your place! I had Leo replace a bathroom faucet a year back and the job got done but the attitude was ""take it or leave it"". Next time I'll use another outfit that WANTS the business.

The few last times it stopped I looked on YouTube for answers. I did what they said and proudly went about my day.

This time it's humming wasn't singing the tune I wanted to hear.

The Zech trucks are always in the neighborhood and have actually been in our house repairing mistakes (not mine mind you) of the past.

Of course I call Zech.

Sean showed up early, neatly replaced the disposal and was out in 40 minutes.

It would have taken me 40 aggravating days and nights.

If Zech Plumbing is doing the job, everything's gonna be alright.

Zech plumbing has saved us multiple times over the past 10 years in two homes. In our first home we had a leak from our kitchen sink into the garage. After one plumber made a hole in the drywall and after 5 minutes said we needed to have an entire wall opened up to see what the issue was. Then another plumber tell us we needed to jackhammer up our driveway to look for the leak. Zech plumbing came out, scoped the pipe, found the source of the leak which was in a flower bed therefore no jackhammering and overall permanent fix for a very reasonable fee.

Most recently we had a leak from our upstairs shower into our kitchen. One plumber said it was the shower pan without doing any real tests. I had Zech come out for a second opinion and within minutes of methodically going through potential sources- found it and fixed it.

Zech plumbing- honest, fair, experienced and worth every penny. Only issue is they are very busy!

In November Zech Plumbing installed a new garbage disposal in my charcoal grey granite kitchen sink. Within a few days noticed a crack all the way through, top to bottom. When the sink is wet, you can't see a crack but after being gone for Thanksgiving and the sink dried out, I say a 3 inch crack coming out from the center where the disposal is located.

I called Zech who sent the original installer out a couple of weeks later. He emphatically denied that he could not have possibly cracked the sink. I told him I was not satisfied with his denial and wanted to hear from his boss or company owner. It has now been TWO MONTHS and the boss apparently refuses to call me as I've yet to receive a call. I was able to have a stone company epoxy the crack from inside the sink and under the sink but the granite color had to be refinished to not show the crack.

I feel that the owner is not responsive to my concerns, I have now paid almost $400.00 out of my pocket and have not had a call back. They can't prove they didn't do it. I have had this sink 12 years with no crack and a few days after the disposal was installed, the sink is cracked. I think it is not a coincedence.

I liked the technician very much and I know ""accidents happen"" but the owner's total lack of empathy, taking responsibility and refusing to call me back is unacceptable and a terrible way to conduct business. I would expect that it would be worth it for Zech Plumbing to pay for the sink repair and call it a day. I'm not mad it happened but expect Zech Plumbing to take responsibility.

You may want to seriously consider if you want to do business with this company. If something were to go wrong, you may find your complaints fall on deaf ears and you are stuck paying for something they deny happened.
