Mike, came out to remove an existing faucet, disposal and related parts and replace them with a new faucet, disposal and related parts. His work was very high quality and he was very professional which we appreciated. However, his price was far more than we thought was reasonable. We expected the price to be around $500 to $600 given the simplicity of the job but he charged us over $2,000. No matter how we analyze it, $2,000 is just a crazy amount of money. And to make it more crazy, the cost of the new faucet was not included in the price.

The owner responded below stating they worked at our house for over two days which is false. The first day Mike worked for two hours and the second day for three hours. Five hours of work for one person at a cost of over $2,000?? Yes, it is unreasonable.

Mike and his wife were amazing yesterday! I came home to my new cabin and after 20 min there was a shrieking, grind noise coming from my gas water heater. So loud I moved my car out of garage. I was sure it was going to blow. After I unplugged it I called Mikes pluming company. It was a Sat so I was really happy he was available. He calmed me down with his wonderful sense of humor and then worked me thru the problem. Which was that I has no water. The noise was a dry pump. He saved me probably $300. And robbed him. But he just cared about helping me out. It turned out to be the main was frozen. My water company came out and fixed it. All free!

So please use this guy! His heart is in the right place. So good to find an honest, helpful soul.

They saved Thanksgiving for us! We woke up on Thanksgiving morning to bitter cold temps inside our house because something had gone wrong with the heater. We tried to fix it but finally called these folks. Mike, the owner, stayed on the phone with me for over an our trouble shooting and helping me fix the heater. The knowledge and patience he showed was tremendous. I couldn't be happier with their service and I will absolutely call them for any heating, AC, or plumbing issues in the futures.

Mike from Your Plumber is very easy to work with. He takes the time to explain to you the things that are needed for the services that you're inquiring about. He's reliable, punctual, and honest when you hire him. The first job I had was for him to fix the outdated water heater in my home. Mike provided all the quotes for the material and labor to do the job. It was reasonably priced, and Mike completed the job up to code. He did such a spectacular job that I had to hire his services again when I wanted a washer & dryer installed! Mike provided us with recommendations for the electrician, and for the drywall guys - very good work from them as well! All in all, the Your Plumber folks have been such a pleasure to work with, that I will not hesitate to call on them again should I need their services. Definitely recommended!
