The folks at Your Plumber Heating & Air are amazing. They are so responsive and get service out to me quickly. I woke up this morning (15 degrees outside!) to my heater not working. I left a message before 7:00 a.m., not expecting to hear anything from them right away, but got a text within 10 minutes saying they'd be sending Micah out by 9:30. The Your Plumber team is knowledgeable and friendly, and, fingers crossed (!), we got the issue resolved. Thank you to everyone at Your Plumber for assisting me and making sure that me and my dogs don't freeze during this cold weather! I highly recommend Your Plumber Heating & Air to anyone in Flagstaff.

The refuse to talk to me to discuss my issue unless I make a required appointment so they can charge me a diagnostic fee. I wanted to know what my options and don't need a diagnostic. Once I refused to make an appointment the receptionist says to me ""our schedule is very busy and we don't have time right now"". She said this right after trying to schedule an appointment, how convenient. Terrible service.

My aged water heater was slowly going. Kelly was quick to get me scheduled and was very nice. Matt was straightforward in his assessment and it's obvious he just wants to do the right thing and not do unnecessary work just go get more money. Within a week I had a new tankless water heater. The work done is very clean and he even matched the piping to the garage wall color. Attention to detail and after they left, you wouldn't have even known work was done there - the left it better than they found it. Lastly, Matt took the time afterwards to check out an unrelated issue for me. Great company and strongly recommend.

New owners and new approach. There's no longer a charge for an AC quote. Given that there are new owners and that quotes are free, I would give this company a chance.

I am writing about something that happened a year ago. I waited this long because I wanted to make sure that the alternative worked well and I could recommend it. Your Plumber Heating & Air charged me $99 to give me an estimate to install an AC. They told me that the heater had to be replaced so instead of $6K for the AC it would be $12K for both. This turned out to be complete BS. Intermountain gave me a free estimate and put in just the AC for $6K. It has worked well all summer. Save your $99 and get a free estimate elsewhere.

Charged $99 for a visit to estimate furnace replacement costs. Quoted a price double the other business I called. Mike was good about explaining why the furnace couldn't be repaired, though.

Mike and Mike installed a tankless water heater and water conditioning system at our home. From our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands. Mike is very knowledgeable and made a point to teach me everything I needed to know about the install and maintenance of the units. They had to come out twice and spent almost the whole day each time making sure everything was working correctly. They did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. If you want the job done right, Your Plumber is the place to call.

The team at Your Plumber was great from beginning to end. The estimate for our furnace and air conditioning was fair and the installation was excellent. Mike and Mike took great care to professionally install the equipment and clean up after the job. Additionally, they spent time going over the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment to ensure a long life of the equipment. We are grateful for their expertise!
