this company went above and beyond my expectations! we had water leaking out of the bottom of our sink and as well as a burst gas pipe and quickly needed to find plumbers in our area to come service us. we called around a few different companies before i found Your Plumber Guys and no one could come in quick enough (this was an emergency, as our burst gas pipe was leaking gas into our house). once i found and called Your Plumber Guys they immediately accommodated us and sent someone out within the hour. he came and fixed our leaking sink as well as fixing up the gas leaking into our house. he was extremely professional and efficient and we could not be more grateful for the quick and effective service! highly highly recommend this company!

We're in the process of moving and we couldn't disconnect our washer because we couldn't turn off the spigot to the hot water hose. Your Plumber Guys was the first to respond, came to the rescue within a couple of hours and charged us a fair price. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I called him back and set up a time for him to come. He delivered! Not only did he give me a window of time he would come, but he said he would text when he was close. I've been using Plumber Guys for the past few years for my rental properties and every time that I have an issue with any plumbing problems I call them, big or small. They're prompt, very professional and know what they're doing. I'm unsure of the negative reviews, as my experience was top tier.

My water heater repair as it had some stoppages and other issues, or what I thought was a repair ended up being a replacement issue as the unit had become rather dangerous.

Flames were shooting from the top and the temperature sensor was shot. They also pointed out to me an extremely corroded line that could have flooded my house easily, so I am very glad they are experienced and observant of all aspects of the problem I had beyond the unit itself!

I highly recommend this company and am confident they'll treat you with respect, listen to what you have to say, and most importantly - they keep their word and deliver on their promises.

I'm very happy with their service and highly recommend Your Plumber Guys. Thanks again for the service and my family appreciates not having to take cold showers or mind the danger

I moved into a new home this summer. It sits on directly on a slab with the drains all underneath the slab. I discovered a good amount of water damage happening seemingly in three areas of the house. This is the first home I've lived in that wasn't raised so I didn't know how to locate leak.
I did my own meter test to determine if the pressurized system was leaking. It wasn't. So I called a leak detection specialty company who after missing their first scheduled appointment, eventually showed up. They spent the next 5 hours using fancy cameras, sonar, and such. They scoped out as much as they could but the camera couldn't fit into where they suspected the problem was. So they left inconclusive and directed me to start an insurance claim because they were going to have to start opening up walls and likely open up the cement slab as well. This bad news was made worse after learning my insurance company's penalty for a claim within the 1st 6 mos of the policy is to be dropped! I delayed opening the claim and called Your Plumber Guys through my home warranty company just for another opinion. They are not leak detection specialists per se but I figured Id see what they had to say. I AM SO GLAD I DID. Within 20 mins and after listening to me tell him it was not the pressurized pipes or a leaking shower pan and that it had to be a broken underground drain pipe, he nonetheless asked if he could look at my shower controller valves. He quickly took them apart and saw that when the shower was running it was leaking down inside the wall and spread out from there. My meter test didn't nor the previous pro's fancy equipment hadn't thought of that and the repair turned into a much more basic and inexpensive job. We had been ready to tear everything up and open an insurance claim, Your Plumber Guys saved me from that and I'm am hugely grateful.

We were put in touch with Eric via our warranty company. He was prompt and communicative, working with them to ensure everything was properly covered, in order to address more than the simple little issue we had. A couple days later, two of his workers completed the job in the exact timeframe he promised, very tight and clean, and with great attitudes. With or without warranty or insurance, Eric will be our first call moving forward!

I call after five my my mainline it's clogged up the give me a price three times higher than anybody else it's super expensive,try if you will see it's not worth it.
