He was prompt and communicative, working with them to ensure everything was properly covered, in order to address more than the simple little issue we had. They've done 3 different jobs for us. We couldn't be more satisfied. They are honest, professional, and hard working. Twice they've come for emergency plumbing issues. Once late at night to snake the line and replace the drain in our kitchen sink. Another time to fix a cracked sewer pipe on a holiday weekend. The one job we actually scheduled with them was to replace the showerhead and sink fixtures in our guest bathroom. They did an amazing job!

I called Eric for a blockage in my Main drain line. He recommended we replace the clay pipe entirely with a new polyurethane pipe. They fixed the problem immediately and within a couple days had replaced the entire drain line.

I had been under the impression that they would replace the concrete they had broken- but Eric said that as plumbers they never do that. But he did it anyway because we had not clarified. Great plumber!
