We are so happy with Chris and his team. Just had our master bathroom completely remodeled, and it looks amazing, better than we imagined! Chris' team is professional, courteous, and great at their job. They are always looking out for better ways to do things, and share great ideas as they go. Chris is always willing to change the job as things go, and makes great suggestions as well. The subcontractors he hires are wonderful as well, and we always felt like he was completely on top of everything as it was going.

We've used Chris before, and will definitely use him again. He always stands by his work, and sends out his crew to fix anything that's not right. He's also great in an emergency--when we had a water leak a few months back he was there the next morning and had the pipes replaced and the water damage repaired very quickly.

Overall, I don't think Chris will always be the cheapest bid you find, but you really get what you pay for. Chris and his crew are all about providing amazing craftsmanship, quality materials, and professional and on-time work.

I needed to have my kitchen ceiling fluorescent lights fixed so I called ""Your Local Handyman "". Chris, the owner advised me that my light fixtures were too old due to parts were obsolete (lights were too old).
Chris stated he can replace my old lights with LED ceiling lights and it can be done the very next morning.
I texted Chris back the go ahead and he sent me the estimated invoice via text. Love this technology.
Next morning two well groomed technician came to my house on time. They introduced themselves, I showed them to my kitchen. I explained to them what I would like them to and the two generally said no problem and went right to work.
It's than two hours they were done and they even cleaned up they're mess. Fantastic!
The two technicians were straight forward with their work, quick and even jovial. Good people.

We had Chris and his team come do some smaller jobs at our house before. I was always impressed with the attention to detail and the meticulous nature of this company and Chris' team.

Had bad water damage with mold in the master bath, after the previous contractor did a hack job. There was water damage all over the shower base and even leaked out to the outside wall.

Sent some pictures to Chris, he responded right away.
When we got started with the project, the water damage was worse than expected.

I have to say, Chris is an excellent communicator. Kept me updated with everything that was happening.

Quality work & demonstrated expertise. Our newly repaired ceiling looks as good as new, and these guys promptly and safely wrapped up the job -- including an unanticipated mold removal effort -- in roughly a single work day (with a little extra time to let plaster / paint dry). The finished repairs perfectly match the rest of the ceiling.
