No follow through. I spoke to Chris about replacing a kitchen faucet in my rental property. He seemed more interested in bigger jobs as he peppered me with questions about remodeling needs. Nevertheless, Chris told me he'd contact my tenants to schedule the repair - he never called them. If the job was too small for him, I would have preferred that he be upfront and tell me so instead of leaving me hanging. Very disappointing.

Chris, you never took my call because I didn't call you. Your people constantly call, solicitating business! No matter how many times I tell them that we don't need your services! In fact, they call again and again just to harass.

Chris and his team are the best! We have been using Chris' services for at least year and a half. We had a number of smaller and bigger jobs and found that work and service we receive from Chris' team is of high quality. When we have an emergency Chris always comes the same day and at least isolates the problem (i.e. water leak). He is always on time and his customer service is top of the line. His team fixed our laundry exhaust earlier this year and when the same problem occurred a few weeks ago Chris and his team came immediately to fix the problem and did not charge us for it! We feel very lucky to have found Chris!

Chris installed a new hot water heater the same day I called. His crew initially tried to save me money by just trying to replace the thermostat which would have been a huge cost savings. But alas I needed a new water heater. I am very impressed with is apparent honesty and integrity.

Chris is absolutely fabulous. I called him about my garbage disposal and he was VERY HONEST about the situation and the potential issues. I like he didn't immediately say your garbage disposal needs to be replaced. After my call Chris was at my house within 30 minutes. The problem was resolved within 15 minutes and I didn't need a new disposal. I loved the honesty because some could have taken advantage and told me I need a new disposal. If you are looking for a honest professional....then look no further Chris is your man!! He was prompt, professional, courteous, and more importantly he was HONEST! I use honest so much for him because it's hard to find genuine people like him.

We're thrilled with our recent Pool House remodel. Chris, Justin and the entire crew were great to work with. Chris is extremely professional, responsive and available, which made getting this remodel done that much easier. After a major leak, Chris was able to isolate the issue and get the walls waterproofed as needed. We installed new flooring, painted the entire pool house and completely gutted a bathroom. The results are beautiful!!! As homeowners, having a contractor that you can trust, work well with and communicate with is so important. Chris (and Justin when Chris wasn't on site) kept us updated daily as to what was completed, what was going to happen tomorrow and any issues that were coming up. That level of customer service is rare and much appreciated. We will use Chris and his crew again and again and can't recommend them highly enough!! Thank you Chris for great work and giving us our Pool House back just in time for summer!!!!

We had a problem with our garbage disposal and called Chris on a Sunday morning. Not expecting that he would pick up the phone, he informed us he could come in half an hour. He arrived with the parts ready and installed a new garbage disposal for us. Chris was very clean and professional with his work.
