Great company, very fast and friendly service. I've used them for small jobs over the years and I referred them to my friend. They re did a bathroom and it came out so nice my friend always shows off his bathroom every time someone comes over lol. They did a real clean job and for the price it was an amazing deal. Chris and his crew seem to know it all, anytime I have a problem at home, Your Local Handyman is always the first ones I call.

I think it is pretty funny when someone gets a bad review not for their actual work but because someone didn't think that they answered their phone quickly enough. I called Chris because I had a house full of projects and needed someone who could be flexible enough to handle plumbing as well as electrical issues and could also do carpentry. I have hired contractors before and found that they generally just know how to delegate to subcontractors and pad their invoices. Chris, however, can do all the projects himself. He is an honest, hard working, friendly and capable guy who knows what he is doing and charges his clients reasonably.

For those reasons, he is in high demand. I have suggested that he get a phone service since his phone rang almost constantly while he was working and he spent his breaks calling people back. For the people who can't reach him immediately, keep trying. I will never even consider using another handyman for my home projects even if that means I have to wait - Chris and his crew are worth it!

What's unique about Chris is that unlike many handymen who try to make money out of you by suggesting unnecessary work, Chris tries to save you money by suggesting alternative, and often less expensive, ways to get the work done. He is honest, dedicated, and obviously very good at what he does. He truly deserves FIVE stars!

I recently had couple things done by Chris, and I LOVED what he did! He repaired my walls damaged by remodeling and wall mounted TV. Chris was amazing! On time and very professional. I would ask him again for another job when I need him!! :)

No show, no call. I am very disappointed. I called and asked for a quote to build a fence. Chris said he was very busy and would not be able to begin my project for three weeks. I said I was not in a hurry. Chris arranged to come by on Wednesday. Near the appointment time Chris called to reschedule the visit for Saturday at 3:00pm. I stayed home and waited. Chris did not come to the house nor call.

After so many excellent reviews I was surprised by his actions. Although I do see that there is a pattern of no shows and not returning calls. I consider this very unprofessional behavior.

The photos of his work shows a skilled craftsman. I was planning on asking Chris for a quote on a kitchen and bath remodel. But, not now.

So our garbage disposal started leaking from the bottom, and my wife called him (don't know honestly how she decided on him). Chris was there quickly, and took care of the situation with what I thought was fair pricing and an honest evaluation of the issue. When it was decided that the disposal needed to be replaced, he gave choices and opinions about new disposals.

We set up a time the next morning to have the work done, and he was on time (correspondence via text). After finishing the job, he also gave a few pointers on how to keep the plumbing clean, and was very friendly and knowledgable throughtout the whole process.

Really a great experience. We have a new 7 day old baby, so the fact he took care of us efficiently was really appreciated.

Very happy that my wife found them. They can do quick work like repairing an AC, to major renovations like remodeling our whole kitchen. It's great work, done with care, and for a fair price.

Chris remodeled my kitchen and was absolutely stellar! Not only did he finish on time but worked with me on keeping my low budget on track.

He was very professional. He found work arounds during remodel ""crises"" and when the granite was improperly installed he called the owner of the granite company to make sure they would be out immediately to put a brand new piece in.

I have since used him at my duplex to fix leaks, install new air conditioning units along with all sorts of other small jobs.

This guy is someone you need to keep on speed dial!
