Our sunpump was constanly working and our sewage was backed up. I called few different plumbers as I am 9months pregnant and wanted to get it done asap. Steve on the phone was very nice and told me that it would cost $325 to rod the main sewage line which I wrote it down, but I totally forgot the price when his plumber Frank showed up to look at it the same day. Plumber Frank told me it could take 2-3hrs or more that he wouldn't know until he starts, and it would cost $400. He was done in 15min, in the mean time I called Steve and confirmed the price of$325, but Frank still charged me $400 for 15min of work. I felt like he was taking advantage of my urgency. Frank, congrats ripping of a pregnant lady, but he did rod the line. Then we learned that rodding the main line may not resolve our issue which there may be leaks on the pipes that may require structural work.

Work was completed well, but lacked a lot of attention to detail.
Invoice was not very detailed, and the price increased after the initial estimate.
Responsiveness was excellent and communication was always quick.
I called two weeks later to fix an issue and he immediately came and fixed it.

Overall not bad, but not great.

Great service. Emergency toilet issue over the weekend. Arrived on time and did the job in less than half an hour. Cleaned up the job site and e-mailed the receipt.

My basement flooded over the weekend and I called Your Helpful Plumber to figure out why it flooded and what needs to be done so that it doesn't happen again. I called on a Monday early afternoon. The person who answered the phone said he could have someone out that night or first thing the next morning and that he would call me back and let me know which time. He was also able to provide a quote for diagnosing the problem, which is very helpful. Great! Several hours went by and I hadn't heard back from him so at 5pm I called back to confirm the appointment time. I spoke to the same man and he took full responsibility for forgetting to call back but assured me someone would be at my house between 9am and 10am the next day, Tuesday. It is now 11am on Tuesday, and no one has come by and I haven't heard anything from the company. When I try to call to find out what is going on there is a message saying the voicemail box is full. I was really hoping for a positive experience with this company as I just bought a house and will have plumbing needs for years to come, but it looks like I will not be relying on their services.

Super fast to arrive, no-nonsense, no-frills job well done. Reasonable price too. They will definitely be our go-to plumbers from here on out. They also have a 4-year guarantee so if anything they fix breaks down they will repair again for free.

Had water heater installed by them few months ago on my 2nd floor unit. The job was not done properly and water leaked to 1st floor ceiling, floor and to finished basement. I texted them and the guy said he would come the next day but no call, no show. I'm paying another contractor to fix their work that was not done properly. They're nice enough guys but I am super disappointed and now basically it's costing me double. I do not recommend.

UPDATE: shortly after leaving a review, I received s phone call from Terry apologizing and offering to make amends. I will give him the benefit of the doubt for now and update the review to 5 stars. Thank you Terry.

These guys were great. They came the first time we called and unclogged a clogged toilet in about 15 minutes. I was a little leery that it was finished so quick and they assured me it came with 90 day guarantee. A week or two later I was right - and the toilet clogged up again- I called back and they promptly came out and after a bit more work the plumber unclogged it again - this time dislodging the detritus that was clogging the toilet.

All you want is honest good work- and these guys follow through!

I'm writing this review less than two hours after my plumber's arrival. I'm beyond impressed! He was on time, polite, professional, explanatory, and assessed the problem with my kitchen sink right away. Left to get a new hose, called from the supply store with the cost for parts and labor, and returned promptly to install them. He completed the work, gave the sink a trial while he was here, wrote me up, I paid he left, and now I'm writing this well deserved 5 star review. I could NOT be happier!!!! Had our sump pump checked initially for possible malfunction since i had seepage issue (which never occurred since we bought the house) last Monday during the extreme heavy rain-- turned out sump pump is not working and what we heard running was the ejector pit. Steve was sent by Terry and he replaced the pump and when he was done-- I noticed leak from the pipe while vacuuming, called him back (responded quickly), and fixed the pipe issue. Good service.!.

I had a similar experience with this company as Michael. They never showed up on the agreed upon time to check a pipe that they installed but was leaking. I really liked this company before this experience. I've tried to call Teri (the owner?) three times and I texted him twice and he never responded. It's now over 2 hours after the agreed upon time. I wonder if they will ever show up or even call me back? This is really disappointing as now I'll likely have to hire another plumber to fix what might be their mistake.

Update: I got a hold of Terry and he promptly sent someone out. This is a good company. Maybe just a little unorganized
