This company was assigned to me through my home warranty program. The scheduling department was professional and very accommodating to my busy schedule. The technician Carlos was polite, punctual, and easy to work with. I have had a couple of bad experiences with who my home warranty assigns, but this company made it really simple to take care of the repairs I needed.

I'd give them zero if I could. They were supposed to show up between 7 and 11 got here at 4:45 PM The guy walks in my house without a mask in New Jersey at the height of Covid 19, even I was wearing one for his Didn't fix the problem. I could go on and on about what happened, but I would never recommend them to anyone! The comment below by the owner is just not true. This was a choice home warranty issue and was called in to them as a leak from a drain in my basement near the washer. The guy who ""fixed"" it knew it was still leaking when he left. I wouldn't hire this company ever because my opinion is they are not honest and trustworthy. I never got a quote to Re do the line from them, I had a local plumber fix it for 200 bucks and told choice warranty to take a hike!

Had a leak in the plumbing at the hot water heater. They arrived on time and fixed it right away - fully covered by Choice Warranty! Recommend them!

Worst crooks charlotins I had a home warranty withChoice Appliance repairs the technician dissembled my faucet and said he needed an approval which was not authorized by choice liars said choice didn't approve TRIED TO CHARGE $600 TO FIX A FAUCET. CROOKS I WILL NEVER USE THESE BASTARDS

Young's Water and Sewer was the worst company I had ever used. I hired them to replace my waterline. At end, they didn't properly backfill the holes they dug, The holes were sunk only 2 days after they left, and Kim, the owner asked me to pay extra to them to fix it. And the worst part was that Kim also made up bogus charges, and charged on my credit card without my permission. Be aware, don't pay them until they complete the job, and don't give them your credit card. I regret that I didn't check their online reviews before I used them. Other users had similar experiences with them in the past.

This is a lousy company that lies about window they give you for starters . They told me 7am to 11 am , suprise NO ONE SHOWED till 4:51 in the afternoon and this joker was adamant about telling us that we were his last stop and he didnt have any tools to actually repair the leak ! Then he lied and said he would be back the next morning and shockingly DIDNT SHOW . No one from their company bothered to follow up. The worst part is they were the contractor assigned to me through Select Home Warranty not even my choice! This company SUCKS and they were reported to the BBB !

Three cars in the driveway and no one rang the bell or called to say they were here!

Appointment was for between 11 & 3, I called at 2:30 was told they would be here. At 4:50 I called again, informed the person who answered the phone that I had spoken to terri and I was told I was the last stop on the schedule. But she said let me check, put me on hold and left me on hold for over an hour, because they went home at 5:00.

Called the dispatcher and he informed me that they had been here! Informed me I was not telling the truth, since he believed his person had come????

The emergency number has a full mailbox, and cannot accept any calls!

Sounds to me like these people are not on the up and up.

They try charging additional money for things they did not do. DO NOT give them a credit card, they will charge without your authorization. Just a terrible way to do business. Would not recommend.
