Super expensive. I had the owner come out with his years ( I believe 29yrs) of experience I don't understand how changing a kitchen sink would take 5.5 hrs. I have a new build home so it's not like I have old plumbing or someone has done any work on the plumbing before such as a remodel. Also, do to them charging like they do ($330 first hour and $55 every 15mins) it felt awkward not being able to ask questions or even offer a bottle of water ( as I often do when I have a contractor do work for me) to him cause I didn't want him to stop and have him charge me.
My wife and I felt there was no sense getting the job done in a timely manner. They told us 5-7 hrs for the sink job but maybe sooner I really didn't think it would take that long specially with all those years of experience.

We had a failed hot water heater. Received a detailed quote over the phone after sending pictures. They pulled the permit, had an opening the following afternoon and replaced the unit. Prompt, professional, a delight to have working for us. Will definitely be our first call for any of our plumbing needs. Felt we got a reasonable price as well!
