Yolo Plumbing/Bill Joseph came to my house to replace and repair the plumbing after the tenants did some major damage with their wrench. Bill explained and pointed out where, why, and how the faucets were broken and fixed all of the problems. He was fast, efficient, and left everything neat, clean and working well once again. These guys are great! I have been dealing with plumbers who use scare tactics to get a larger job, or never call back or never show up. With Joe and Jeremy, you know that someone is going to show up, do the job according to common sense and code requirements, and are reasonable and dependable. They came back when the inspector had a problem with the hot water heater hookup, and they worked very hard to comply with city code. I will never call anyone else for plumbing services again, and I hope they stay in business a good long time. Can't recommend them enough.

Joe ran a new gas line for our kitchen/laundry room renovation. There were complications with the permits and joe went down to sort it out for no extra charge. His guys stayed late in the evening to complete the job in one day. Joe and his guys were professional and very accommodating. They did quality work and the rates were reasonable.

I had Joe come out to do some work at my Mom's house yesterday and mentioned that I had some work to be done at my place too. He quickly made an appointment for today, faced several daunting tasks, and did extra work that we hadn't planned for. The price was reasonable and he was more than efficient...in fact, I was shocked how much he got done as quickly as he did. I've seem Joe do hot water heater work, two very nasty plumbing jobs (a toilet and a sink/garbage disposal problem), and some general plumbing work...I will definately be calling him again.
