Every year my storm drains get clogged in the backyard. This year I figured I will get it snaked before the rain season came along. I called YLP Plumbing to see if they can come and provide a free estimate.
Richard the owner showed up the next morning and provided me the cheapest quote I had received, so without thinking twice I asked him if he can get started immediately and he said yes.
I always have root intrusion from my orange tree, luckily Richard was able to clear the line by pulling out some roots and get the water flowing just fine with the garden hose. I feel so relieved that I don't have to stress on rainy days that the water will come into my house since the house is lower than the concrete patio.

I contacted Richard in the middle of the night because my water heater was leaking. He responded within minutes of my inquiry and came in a prompt manor. Previously I had inquired with a different plumbers and they quoted me extremely high prices. Richard came with a tankless water heater and installed it before I knew it. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family.

Just want to share that this business is retty much fraudulent. We really wanted to support small businesses during this time and looked to Yelp for guidance on a small kitchen leak repair and faucet replacement. He first quoted my partner $150-$199 then he jumped to $300+ on the phone with me the next day for a kitchen faucet replacement and he also shared that the valves underneath the sink were broken and that, that would cost north of $1000 to fix. I opted out of fixing the valves and asked for the main valve to be shut off instead. The next day, after I gave notices to my neighbors by the way, (that the main valve needs to be shut off, I live in a multi-unit complex), he had cancelled on me when I asked him to explain the jump in pricing from $199 to $300+. He said he was uncomfortable with doing the job when my partner and I were nothing but kind, just asking for obvious pricing information. He seemed more offended than anything else.. I hired another Plumber who has been in business since 1946 and they told me the valves weren't broken LOL, and it took him less than an hour to help us. Shame on this business, I also ended the phone call with saying that if he is not comfortable it is totally fine not to proceed but just leaving this here for anyone else that might be taken advantage of.

My water heater broke (leaking, not more heating), I called Richard and he came the very next day to install a tankless water heater (on my request). He quoted me for a Navian model 210 and since it was unavailable the day of installation, he installed the better Model 240 and honored the initial quote. Navian are among the best tankless water heaters. The installation was done quick, very professional, cleaned up the place after the job was done. Richard was very friendly and answered all my questions. The quote was very competitive. I could not be happier. Highly recommended
