This place is AWFUL!!!! We have now submitted a formal
Complaint to the better business bureau. We have not had a working hot water heater since 12/8/2021 with the zero reification for the problem. We paid them $1200 with 5 separate visits, a promise of a refund of some kind and NOTHING. I will continue to write reviews, call to complain to the city, the state, whatever it takes for this company to right the wrong it has caused.

Had them come out to install 2 toilets I already had at the house I just purchased

charged over $1,000 to install the toilets!!
on is leaking the other is off center

Worst customer service I had experienced with a ""professional"" company. Had them come out to look at my water heater. They gave me a 6 hour window of when they could be there so I took day off work. Then they no called no showed me. So they came out the next day plumber was late that day without a call saying hey I'm running late. They quoted 2200 to replace my propane water heater. Then day of when they were supposed to install they said it was going to be 4300 because they quoted me wrong the first time. They also up charge the price on water heaters more than what I could go out and buy one personally. Not the kind of service I would expect from a company. I chose not to use them for my water heater replacement.

The guys from Yelm Plumbing and Pumps did a great job replacing my water heater. They were very responsive to my scheduling needs offering to come out a complete the work on a Sunday. They were great about calling me in advance, so I could be ready for them, they did their work in short order and left no evidence that they were ever here - that's my kind of contractor! We now have more than enough hot water for the new walk-in tub which makes us all very, very happy.

This company is outstanding! They only charged $39 to come out to my residence and that was included in the cost of the repairs, a mysterious problem that would likely have been overlooked by another outfit. I had checked with two other companies before finding Yelm Plumbing and pumps. One of the companies was the one that initially installed my well 9 years ago. They wanted $250 just to come out to the house! Outrageous! The other company wanted $150. Thank goodness I found Yelm Plumbing and Pumps. Reasonably priced, nice servicemen, and smart. I give them a high five!

I would give them zero if I could.
Had them out in January 2018 to change 2 filters that we provided, they charged us 107 bucks. We just had them out April 2018 to change 1 filter that we also provided. (Husband could get it off there was too much pressure) when the guy was done I went out to pay and he asked me 'didn't I show your husband last time what to do' I told him about the pressure issue. He motions for me to follow him into the pump house where he pointed out the 3 shut off valves. Ok great thanks. My husband checks the bank and they charged us 150 bucks! Wait!! One less filter change than last time, why so much more money (my husband called) the tech tells him prices went up AND, there was a charge for educating the wife. R u serious?!?!?
I never asked for educating, never even asked a question, how r they charging us for that. I have called at least 4 times and never get a break down on what my education cost! Dishonest and under handed company! They will never get our business again!

Great Service. Tank went out and I called and they came out right out the same day. Gave me three options and I chose to replace the tank and have it brought up to code. They had the tank delivered and were able to pull the old and do the installation within a couple hours. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the clean up and respect to my home. Dan and Eric were awesome. I will use them for all future plumbing.

Left us stranded during the Christmas holiday two bath no hot water , didn't even call back after holiday , turns out they lost , lost my business for good , call manager excuse after excuse ,well bah hum bug to your company too for doing this to people....

Charged my elderly mother in 2014 $650 to replace a bathroom faucet. Never again! I'll be scheduling future plumbers, and not this one.

We had a ""smell issue"" from a mysterious source and called them for help. They arrived when stated, within a couple hours, and investigated our issue. They were professional, on time, very thorough, friendly, and informative. We will be using this company and recommending them for any plumbing issue we have! Awesome service.
