I first was introduced to Yaegers when a home I was selling had to have the hot water heater replaced. Pierce Restoration used them. Yaegers came out and put the hot water heater in the room. They were helpful and informative. They had to come out two weeks later and moved it into the closet. When I moved into a new place I had to replace that hot water heater too. I never saw the same person but they were all professional and respectful. I am calling them again this morning, I am a loyal customer after my experiences.

I'm a bit behind on writing this review of Yaeger's Plumbing in Roseburg, Oregon. I initiated a disaster last weekend when trying to change out a rusted washing machine cold water line. The line broke and high pressure water was flooding me, the laundry room, kitchen, and master bedroom. I didn't have the tool to shut off the main, but being an engineer, I managed to work a temp solution that slowed the flood. It was Saturday so I'm frantically calling around for a plumber to at least shut off the main. I got a hold of Lyle and he was there in 15 minutes. He shut off the water and repaired the damage in less than half an hour. My new hero. And even at weekend rates, was incredibly affordable! Everything works perfectly. Very happy.

We were so impressed with these two tech's today.
They arrived right on time, even a bit early, calling to let us know.
They worked super fast as they went over and above the requested job's. After repairing the leak's they replaced the old, old tub spout, drain's, drain stopper, and baskets making them all brand new....we did'nt even have to ask...very cool.
Both tech's were very nice, super professional. They also had all they needed, headlamps even paper towels to clean up. Impressive too, they took off their boots each they went in and out of the house without us asking.
If you want the best call Yaeger Plumbing.
*The gal's in the office...very sharp, clear, professional and nice plus they make a follow up appointment reminder call.

Needed a hot water heater looked at/replaced. Given quote over phone of $$ range it could be in. Could not locate if current one had warrant time left so was told they would check into it. All the paper work was attached to the water heater. They came and replaced and installed new one with fixtures needed to be done with it like earth quake strap and drain hose. Price always at top of quote. Asked about senior discount and got $50 off of $1350 bill. When I got receipt in mail for service it was not itemized as to labor, parts and heater costs. I called and wrote letter to ask why and they just said quote was all inclusive and they didn't do itemized bill. Asked about the warranty on old heater and they were to check on it (again)! It has now been 2 months and no further replies. Will Never Use Them Again!!beware.

Horrible service they came to fix a leak. The leak is still there but now it's in the stuff that's brand new I called they said it probably just needs a nut tightened. I said you got paid come fix it. I have called 4 different occasions and been told they have to look at there books and see when they will already be out my way to swing by and fix the issue. They will call me back by end of day and no call backs. I will NEVER USE YEAGERS PLUMBING out of roseburg Oregon. I bet they would have been here faster if they didn't already get paid...

They arrived quickly, they were polite and got to quickly. Although their personal appearance was a bit disheveled, and grim. What did I expect? They're plumbers not slimy car lot sales people with their clip on ties. The repair is holding and they had all the parts needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I recommend them based on my customer service experience.

Fantastic plumbers. I called about a leaky toilet and they gave me an appointment, when I called back to say it was worse they got me on the schedule the next day. Came out and fixed it within 15 min. I have used them twice now and each time it is wonderful. I will never use anyone else. Highly recommend.

I have to say this is one of the smoothest contracting jobs I have ever been a part of. The job was bid and scheduled on time and to budget. They made the work look easy. The job was completed, cleaned and looked like they were never there. Thanks a lot

I called Yeager's because I had a $500 water bill and therefore assumed I had a major leak. Sure enough I had a big leak and although it was an urgent matter and cost a bundle they stayed and dug in the MUD until it was fixed. Couldn't be happier!
