I called Yeager's because I had a $500 water bill and therefore assumed I had a major leak. Sure enough I had a big leak and although it was an urgent matter and cost a bundle they stayed and dug in the MUD until it was fixed. Couldn't be happier!

One of the most pleasant plumbing companies to deal with in OR. We tried for days looking for a plumber to fix the hot water heater in an unit. Tracey from the office provided assistance to save time, money and we get everything fixed in one trip. Highly recommended, keep up with the good work

We have used Yaeger's on 4 occasions, twice for non-urgent repairs, once for an urgent sewer line problem and once to have them install a tank-less water heater. I had a water line break, and could not get anyone to answer the phone. These guys picked up and did everything they could to get someone out there to fix it ASAP. They were fair and communicated with me along the way. Brent was great and his boss was direct and to the point, informed me of the issues as well as the costs and then went to work and got it done. Company does ok work but the main office isn't organized. Hard to get them out sometimes and they don't seem to talk to each other about ongoing problems.

Asked for a simple quote on re-plumbing my home. Cancelled on me twice. The third time, I got off work early to meet at a specific time. Plumber was two and a half hours late - and didn't have the courtesy to tell me he was running late. When he finally did call to say, ""I'm on my way"", he then said, ""I'll be another 20 minutes or so."" This whole fiasco cost me about $100 in lost wages. The office admin was very kind, professional, and apologetic - so decided to give them 2 stars instead of 1.

Lyle has been out here twice. Once to install a dishwasher and once to replace a leaking water heater. When my upstairs water heater started leaking I called Lyle, he rearranged his schedule and was out here with a new water heater in a couple of hours. Very nice guy, very efficient and very professional. Highly recommended.

I had Yaegers do some plumbing work in a rental and was over charged by a fair amount. When asked for a detailed invoice I got a revised invoice more in line with the mterial and time spent on the job. I was not happy and felt like I was being fleeced as I was an out of town landlord. I will not use them again even though the work itself was satisfacory.
