Don't recommend! I had a whole new furnace/AC system installed 10/2020 -$14k. Everly SINGLE year I had them visit my home because the system was lent working. My labor warranty ended 11/2022 - so I had Rowlett Air come out and they said the fuses kept getting blown because the electrical box was too small - shouldn't Extreme Air had to know that???? Another $700 later Rowlett air fixed.

Xtreme Air is good at one thing selling - as far as fixing and installing NO!!!!!!!! God somewhere else.

I was told during August hottest month when out AC was down (New system mind you) they couldn't get to us till the following week. it was over 100degrees in my home with small kids and animals!

stay away from Xtreme air! You have been warned.

RUN. Don't ever use them. CROOKS!!!! Installer came through ceiling. A/C never
worked right. Had to come back a year later and redo entire attic work. Way
overpriced! Neighbor got same system at half the price. They pay for those big
ads in the paper by ripping off senior citizens.

I called to have someone come for my Mother, wanted it the same day. They was able to get someone ( Shane ) out the same day. He was very nice and patience with my Mom and explained what he was doing. Was not pushy, and very effective. He cleaned up the area and gave us his card with his cell number on it with his bosses name ( Johnny ) and phone number on the back. Told us to call if we had any issues or problems. Great company and one I will now trust to help my Mom.

Xtreme Air installed two new variable speed AC units in 2019, and followed up with regular maintenance every 6 months since then. Our upstairs unit quit working recently and Xtreme was called. It took a week to get an appointment with them and when they did come out we were given inconsistent information from one tech. A more experienced tech came out later that day and told us that we needed a new condenser and coil, to the tune of $13,500. We had difficulty understanding how warrantied parts could result in that big of an expense. We spoke to Eddy O., the owner, and were unimpressed with his explanation. We decided to pursue a second and third opinion with other companies only to be told that the original installation was done incorrectly - the air flow was undersized and unbalanced, contributing to a breakdown of the compressor, which in turn likely contaminated the coil. We were also informed that the wiring at installation was incorrect for a variable speed unit. We were told that routine maintenance should have picked up some of these issues as part of their routine checks, however they did not. I spoke with Eddy again after our 2nd and 3rd opinions, and was disappointed that he took no responsibility for the work his employees did at installation/maintenance. I will not be using them again, nor will I refer friends and family to them.

One of the van drivers for this company hit my car on 12/20/21 causing my car to hit another car and then the van driver backed up and drove away. I am not able to file a police report because I do not have description of the driver and only a partial license plate. I was in shock from the impact of the hit. The other driver was bleeding from hitting her face on the steering wheel and I have a pinched nerve on the upper section of my back. What kind of person would hit someone and drive away without even checking to see if the other drivers are okay? I am extremely upset by this and since there is nothing else I can do I am leaving this public review

My problem was simple and easily corrected within 15 minutes. But it was very expensive, too expensive. The part I needed retails for $35 and is easily available, Their charge was $350 for the $35 part and a total
Ticket price of $500. I have purchased this service many times at $225-275. I felt the part markup was too great but as a landlord, I take care of my families. I felt taken advantage , and I told several people within the company. They didn't seem to care. My air conditioning friends laughed at me, because I paid such a high price. The whole thing was unsettling and I will not use this company again.

Excellent service. Paul came out right away, fixed our clogged bathroom sink and no water pressure in master tub. I hardly give out 5 stars but the willingness to go above and beyond and professionally do the job right deserves an extreme excellent rating. Thanks to Xtreme owner Eddie for the quick referral.

This is a great company. They did a great job replacing my AC. They provided financing for 2 years with zero percent interest. There was a water spot on my ceiling afterwards, and the owner made it right immediately! The owner didn't try to point the finger or anything like that, he just got it fixed right away. This is a very honest company and to me, being honest and true are the very most important things. I am old school, and customer service and integrity are of the upmost importance. I highly recommend this place. If you need a new AC, look no further, use this place for sure!!

We could not have gone with a better company. The technicians sent out to install our new ac unit were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Affordable financing was a huge bonus and their no pressure consult was assuring. We will definitely be using this company again anytime we need ac assistance.

Xtreme air is amazing, my AC went out in the beginning of June, Their technician Joseph was very punctual and extremely professional and straightforward, no bait and switch tactics like "Sir, you're going to need a new flux capacitor", very direct, I knew before any work was done what it was going to cost, and he went above and beyond by telling me "I know this is frustrating we will get it fixed for you tomorrow (they had to order a part) but we are in early summer, and we are still having cool evenings so you should open up all of your doors and windows and let the Cross-breeze Cool off your house" amazing advice, and he showed up the next day as discussed and was finished fixing my AC within an hour. If you don't want to second guess at whether you are being scammed in someway then you should definitely go with Xtreme air, and they do so many other home maintenance issues as well, seriously Satisfied here
