Scam, this company was hired by homeserve to repair my a/c unit under contract, but the tech sold my 90 year old mother a 300.00 service contract.

My AC coils had a leak and of course FPL wouldn't cover so I used them and paid for labor. They were fair and straight forward. He finished the job in about 2 1/2 hrs. Very good job and my AC is ice cold again. Thanks team!!

These company either inexperienced, or merely careless about customer service. They spammed our neighborhood with the marketing materials, And when we tried to schedule services, they merely couldn't provide it to us. Be aware, not to share much of your personal information with them. Unless you welcome your mailbox spam etc.

Sam J was extremely efficient with our air conditioning problem we'd scheduled 16 hours prior. He knew exactly what was wrong & what repairs we needed. He offered the """"cleaning pad"""" which they've done before & I believe has helped. There's been lots of name/ownership changes but thankfully the technicians have stayed on board & in place. Daniel serviced our stoppage in our shower and toilets not once but twice . service was sent quickly and Daniel went to the trouble of going over our roof for the stoppage which is a timely method. our 1964 home was quickly recovered because of this excellent technician and company . Taylor Legue came out to diagnose the problem I was having with a thermostat. He figured out immediately that the thermostat needed to be replaced but examined the 2 AC units while he was here. he took photos of the units: rusted, loose wires, leaking air, filled drip pans, filthy ducts and vents, etc. I was SHOCKED since we have paid another company for YEARS for annual check-ups. I paid $635 in June for servicing that obviously wasn't performed correctly (if at all) AND that created a leak that had to be repaired 2 weeks later. I feel betrayed b/c we were the first customer of this company decades ago and were """"rewarded"""" for our loyalty with deception and overcharging. Xtramile replaced both units the next day. Taylor gave me his cell number to call with any questions or concerns and I did. Carlos and the installation team worked from 9am to 8:30 pm to complete the job. I am grateful that my prior company ignored several calls over one month to check the thermostat. I was compelled to find another company. Xtramile was recommended by family and I am pleased with the work. thank you Taylor and Carlos

Brand new Water heater bought from this outfit not working properly - pilot light keeps going out. They are unable to fix the problem or replace the defective unit. Techs keep coming out to inspect but nothing gets done. Terrible service! Henry Garrana
