Very happy with the help I received. My home had an open permit that needed to be signed off. Lisa was very efficient in setting up the appointments. Brian K was on site when the inspector arrived and ensured the permit was closed. This was an issue that was not taken care of by the company that installed my AC unit. I was very impressed by the teamwork and how quickly my issue was resolved.

They are trying to sell sell sell- I just wanted my prepaid service which was 6 months overdue. They screwed up the appt a few times then came and insisted we need a whole new system then quoted twice the going rate!! That's not happening. I miss Jupiter-Tequesta air they were honest guys.these people are not..

Xtra Mile immediately scheduled my exterior waterline repair. Wis came out to my house. He was very friendly, very professional and had all the equipment in his work truck. The truck looked great by the way. After he finished, he showed me the work, and I thought it looked terrific. He configured the new plumbing even better than original. I'm very pleased with Xtra Mile and the technician Wis. I am glad I became familiar with Xtra Mile. Very happy.

Stay away. They are liars and crooks. I used them from 2019 until late 2023. Truthfully they were a problem from the start. But they did an entire system in my home in 2019 so I felt like staying with them was my only option after the way they screwed me in 2023. I adamantly insist you stay away.

There are so many AC companies to choose from if you are not using XtraMile Cooling you are the one missing out. On time, reliable, day or night they come to service you. Stay on top of your maintenance and you will be the better for it. Btw Brent is a fabulous tech completely through and detailed. He makes it an even better experience.

Scam, this company was hired by homeserve to repair my a/c unit under contract, but the tech sold my 90 year old mother a 300.00 service contract.

Did not resolve my problem but the server was okay. I still have the same issue until further notice. I guess thank you. But he was a very good service. He came out of his way to make Service call.
