There are so many AC companies to choose from if you are not using XtraMile Cooling you are the one missing out. On time, reliable, day or night they come to service you. Stay on top of your maintenance and you will be the better for it. Btw Brent is a fabulous tech completely through and detailed. He makes it an even better experience.

Taylor Legue came out to diagnose the problem I was having with a thermostat. He figured out immediately that the thermostat needed to be replaced but examined the 2 AC units while he was here. he took photos of the units: rusted, loose wires, leaking air, filled drip pans, filthy ducts and vents, etc. I was SHOCKED since we have paid another company for YEARS for annual check-ups. I paid $635 in June for servicing that obviously wasn't performed correctly (if at all) AND that created a leak that had to be repaired 2 weeks later. I feel betrayed b/c we were the first customer of this company decades ago and were """"rewarded"""" for our loyalty with deception and overcharging. Xtramile replaced both units the next day. Taylor gave me his cell number to call with any questions or concerns and I did. Carlos and the installation team worked from 9am to 8:30 pm to complete the job. I am grateful that my prior company ignored several calls over one month to check the thermostat. I was compelled to find another company. Xtramile was recommended by family and I am pleased with the work. thank you Taylor and Carlos

It was GREAT Sam Jacob did wonderful job! diagnosed my problem with the air conditioning and got it fixed and up and running within a half hour. He was courteous efficient explained everything really well and got the job done.! Thank you Sam!

I removed as many stars as possible and would not recommend this company. They were sent out by HomeServe to replace my water heater, everything was fine with the replacement until 2 months later. A permit was pulled for the property and even though it was listed on the invoice it was never brought to my attention and no one from the company followed up until I received a letter in the mail that said to reach out to schedule the final inspection with the city, if the permit expires I'm responsible for the fees. The city inspector came out and failed the inspection because the expansion tank was not installed. He pointed out that I was charged for it on my invoice and new code requires it. Contacted Xtra Mile and they sent someone out to correct it, only for the technician to remark that he never installs them in my county because the inspectors here don't look for them. I said well I was charged for it so it should have been installed regardless and obviously they do look for it because they failed the inspection. City inspector comes back out and the inspection passes this time only for me to notice that someone from Xtra Mile forged my signature on the permit application. They even have a notary who signed saying they personally knew me so no identification was needed. Seems like this is probably a regular occurrence of charging for work they don't do and signing permits as the homeowner hoping no one will catch it. Very shady company, I wouldn't trust them to come in my home again. Office staff was not great to deal with.
