I had a problem with humidity in my apartment. They came. They fixed it with a new thermostat check on humidity and keep the humidity corrected, but there was a little problem with it this morning and they came out this afternoon and fix the problem without any trouble, I recommend exile to anybody.

The worst, installed air handler at an angel, install shut off sensors where water was overflowing inti the insulation and roof of my home, also said first cleaning was included with installation, 16,000 dollars later and the company basically go to hell, you been warned

I do not recommend. I strated with Jupiter Tequesta AC, which was purchased by FPL Home, who was later sold to Xtra Mile. With each transition service went down and price went up. They constantly call you trying schedule services and service people are trained to sell you everything possible. I am now officially done with them after the parts manager, Dwayne, did not return 3 calls I made to him regarding a part that I needed. Very unprofessional...... He was upset about a prior issue when I was unable to accept a part. He seems to have forgotten who the customer was..... Really sick of the phone calls. 5 days after my last service I got another call telling me that I a due for service. Just got another one today and that is why I finally decided to post..... Also stopped using them for my Generator.... Told me 4 years ago to replace my 40Kw Generac since it was a model that was made for a short period but it is still running great with no problems. Jupiter/Tequesta was a family business that cared.... These guys only car about making money. Oh, and it is not an American company that owns XtraMile. The are UK based. Buy American!
