We just had Xpert install our new flood control system and they did an amazing job. Angelica came out and gave us a detailed estimate and
answered all our questions. The owner Patrick patiently and knowledgeably addressed all our concerns. He came to our house several times to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. Miguel and his crew that did the installation were organized, professional and explained every step of the installation and how the whole system works. Everyone at Xpert made this whole process easy and reassured us that we made the right call going with Xpert. Xpert is a professional, knowledgeable and reliable company. Xpert Flood Control is the BEST!

We had an issue with tree roots growing into our main waste line- the problem was so extensive that was preventing our showers and toilets from draining. We called Xpert and Patrick, the owner, came out and personally assessed our issue himself. He and his son Sean quickly identified the 'root' of the problem, obtained the appropriate city permits, and began work within 24 hours. This major project took several days to complete, and the entire Xpert team was helpful, professional, reliable, and overall did a fantastic job. They even offered to help remove an old bush from my front yard at no extra cost as the roots were contributing to the problem! Their prices were much lower than any other company in the area, and Patrick is truly an expert at all things plumbing- he kept me updated every step of the way. Best of all, Xpert gave me peace of mind knowing that our plumbing issues are resolved and we are protected against flooding.

Patrick, Sean, and everyone at Xpert plumbing was a pleasure to work with, and they have my highest recommendation. Do yourself a favor and call the Xperts!

Patrick and Miguel were great to work with. They diagnosed our basement water issues and fixed them. Their communication throughout the process was excellent and they have continued to service the system after the sale. We obtained three quotes and Xpert's was by far the most reasonable. Patrick came and personally bid the job and offered solutions. The other larger companies came in and pushed a product without taking the time to fully understand the issue. I have recommended Xpert to several neighbors.

I had flood control put in about 18 years ago and it has not failed me. I live in an area that floods all the time. These guys are the best. They have kept up the service on my flood control without fail for 18 years. I recently had a sewer pipe collapse underneath my front stairs and Xpert came out and fixed it perfectly at a very reasonable price. I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. Every time I've had issues Xpert has always had the solution at a reasonable cost. Most recently I had 4 French drains installed, an industrial drain along my driveway and exterior waterproofing. In light of the heavy rain we have been having, everything works perfectly and I have no water issues. Patrick and Sean are very reliable and pleasure to do business with. My partner and I recently had Xpert install a drain tile system after we found pinhole sized leaks in walls of our foundation and the basement floor, as well as new sump. The drain tile system was the way to go, to make sure the whole basement was secure. Xpert did a great job, working with our schedule, and getting the job done right on schedule. Their also helping us get the best deal on re-drywalling the basement now that the flood control job is done. We look forward to their continued good work when they handle maintenance for us in the future!

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Angelica called me back and asked what kind of estimate did I need. I told her we have two areas of seepage in our unfinished basement. She told me that they have a 6 week wait for estimates and that I would be better calling U S Waterproofing since Xpert only deals with flooding issues. She proceeded to tell me that at least she was being honest and the conversation ended! I was very disappointed since they came highly recommended to me. Maybe we do need drain tile but that is not for me to determine, that is why you get professionals out to evaluate the scoop of work and make recommendations, right? Also if you don't deal with seepage issues why is it in the name of your business? Needless to say she did not even offer me an appointment so I guess you will not be getting the opportunity to earn our business.

I first used Xpert to install a flood system in the front of my house. They did a great job and managed to arrange to complete the project before we had to leave for a vacation. All the workers were friendly and professional, as is Angelica in the office. A few weeks after having the flood system installed I had an unrelated issue in my basement. Water was coming in through a dead gas line. I called Xpert and they quickly took care of the job. They cut the pipe our and sealed it with a membrane. I am confident I will never have an issue with that spot again. Patrick the owner even wrote a letter for me that helped me win my case with Peoples Gas to have them cover the cost of the repair. Overall I am very satisfied with this company. I will use them again in the future if need be and would highly recommend them to anyone.
