The technicians here are good, especially Michael, but they are expensive. I recommend that you double check the bill after they've sent it to you. Mine was wrong by over $50.

Our experience with Wyckoff's was excellent. We had Dougal come out to help us. He was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We were having a major root issue in the pipe that went from our basement to the septic. This was an ongoing issue that many local plumbers were not able to help us with. We ended up having to break out a small portion of the cement wall to even access the roots. Thank goodness we did because they were not even visible beforehand. I'm talking massive roots! He was able to successfully get out all the roots and checked to make sure everything else was functioning as it should be, super thorough. I really appreciate how well he explained everything to us throughout the process and checked in with us before doing things. We have had negative experiences with some plumbers in the past and hiring Wyckoff's was honestly a relief. Thank you!

Very impressive service. We woke up on Christmas Eve day with wet carpet in the office, which is adjacent to the laundry. Called Wyckoff thinking we wouldn't be able to get someone out until after the holiday. Well, Zach was here within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem in another 10 minutes and had it fixed in an hour. Very polite team (Zach plus one). Fair prices. Great service. Highly recommend.
