Very impressive service. We woke up on Christmas Eve day with wet carpet in the office, which is adjacent to the laundry. Called Wyckoff thinking we wouldn't be able to get someone out until after the holiday. Well, Zach was here within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem in another 10 minutes and had it fixed in an hour. Very polite team (Zach plus one). Fair prices. Great service. Highly recommend.

I had Ryan show up to pump my septic system. He was professional, courteous, and explained throughly how my system worked. Ive always been treated well by every member of their team. I've showed up at their shop many times with a load of questions and they've always helped me get my projects done. From septic to the small springs in my sink faucet valves. Expert in their field. As a woman I go in and I try to explain what the part is that I need using my well known knowledge of that thingamajig in the whatchamacallit. Yet they somehow figure out what it is I need and get me home to do my project fast pace.

I needed to have a gas line put in for my gas dryer. I called Wyckoff's and within 20 minutes they were over and had the work done within 2 hours. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, reasonable pricing. I Would definitely recommend!

We had a replacement job done on corroded propane-gas pipe and leak under our bath tub drain in our Shelter Cove house.
The plumber sent by Wyckoff's, Chris, was friendly, efficient, and helpful! He identified the problems immediately and fixed them quickly. We appreciate his professionalism and great communication skills. We are very pleased with his quality of work and will definitely use them again in the future!

I feel that Wyckoff's is pretty pricy. However, they have the most knowledgeable employees in Humboldt county. They also stock EVERYTHING. I was repairing a very leaky shower/tub valve set for a neighbor. I had never seen cartridges like the ones that were involved. I took pictures with my phone and went to Wyckoff's The immediately identified the fixture as ""Wolverine Brass"" which I had never heard of. They got several employees involved to make sure I had the right parts. My neighbor and I live over an hour drive from the nearest town so calling a plumber is almost not an option since you are going to get hit with a $200 bill just for the travel. Even though Wycoff's could have made money by sending a plumber out they were extremely helpful and I was able to repair the neighbor's shower without a crippling bill. Good job Wycoff's.

I purchased a water heater from Wycoffs and since I'm pretty handy did the labor and installed it myself. Unfortunately the water heater was defective and would not heat up. Wycoffs went the extra mile and came and replaced the water heater at no charge doing the installation for me.
That was really cool.
When there is a problem and the business takes care of it that means they care.

I had a very bad experience here with Brenda McKenzie, the office manager and with the lack of an estimate for a plumbing job for over a week. See Wyckoff's Plumbing and Hardware, Yelp listing. For some reason Yelp has 2 listings for Wyckoff's Plumbing. There are 2 bad reviews for Wyckoff's Plumbing on the other listing, and one of them is mine.

Love love love these guys!!! The plumbers are quick and professional. I really felt comfortable with the gentleman that came out to my house which when you are letting any person in your home professional or not is huge for a stay at home mom. He even cleaned under my sink when he was all done! The women in the office are incredibly knowledgable and answered all my questions. I love the honesty of every employee. Wyckoff's is a great example of locally owned business.
