Great work; quick and friendly. Price was amazing, expected a lot more. Plumbing can be a dirty job, and this job is included in that characteristic but he got it done quick and was incredibly upbeat. Doesn't get better.

We aren't done yet but this man deserves 5 stars already. He prioritizes jobs so when I called in a panic because the gas to the tankless was out, he came to try to diagnose the problem. Rheem said it wasn't their tankless unit so Fred did some research and started looking into my gas flow to the house. The gas company determined that their meter and regulator were fine. so Fred knew it had to be in the line from the front house to the back house. Then over the weekend ALL of the gas stopped flowing to the back house. Fred and his assistant blew air through that section of pipe and GUNK came out. Construction debris from 2 years earlier that blocked the flow of gas! Now they are installing just a new 15' section of gas line rather than the entire gas line (100') all the way from the meter to the back of the property.

I have been learning more about gas lines per Google than I thought I ever wanted to know! Fred is using efficient yellow Poly E gas pipe to replace the already deteriorating BUT CODE, iron pipe that was installed only 2 years ago. AND I learned from the city that while iron pipe is cheaper it has been out of style and considered a CHEAP way for a contractor to install gas lines. The same with the fittings at the ends of the pipe. The new risers take a little more time to install so SOME contractors install inferior metal wrapped pipe risers on the cheap..

SO I now have fittings and pipe that will last past my lifetime!

When you have done plumbing for 40 years, you learn the proper way to do the job!

He had over charged us on the gas pipe he replaced, I was told by him that he was the cheapest that we could find for that kind of work but actually talking to people after he was done they said he was expensive. Plus he gave us the run around of the pipes that needed to be fixed. When he was done he left my yard a mess, it was just very sloppy and now my front yard looks terrible. I understand that he had to dig deep and so forth but just the effort of putting it back. I had my water pipes re done (not from this company another company) and they had to dig up my lawn which is right next to the gas pipe and when they were done you couldn't even tell where they had dug, they did a great job with replacing my yard back to normal. This company looked like they didn't really care and for the price it could of been done better. Sorry I was not happy at all considering he had good reviews I was really shocked.

Finally an honest plumber... had a problem at the office i called Fred at night and instead of trying to charge me and come out he actually told me what to try and if not what to go buy and do to save money. Definitely would refer him.

Well what can I say. When other plumbers wanted to charge $85-95hr to come out and look at the problem I called worthy plumbing and explained to him my issue I was having. Just by me explaining the issue he already had a solution. He came out the same day and made the repair for $35. Very honest and friendly. He will be my go to guy for now on. Thanks for everything.

Fred and his son Jeremy are great!! I called Sunday morning and Fred answered the phone from the airport where he was flying in from out of town and told me that he would still come if his son couldn't make it after he arrived back in town! I received a call from Jeremy and he was at my house within hours of my call. Fred had already diagnosed and quoted my issue over the phone and that is exactly what the problem was and what I paid for the service. I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs and really appreciated their fast, friendly, honest, and professional service!!!

Worthy plumbing is the most reliable and inexpensive plumbing I've been grateful to find ! I had a plumbing issue under my house, my mistake was calling Rite way plumbing, it cost me $600 , and an inexperienced plumber doing the job, (BTW rite way plumbers are NOT licensed ) , then I had another plumbing issue, and me not doing my correct issue ended up calling a plumber who's license was revoked! ! I was finally referred to Fred Worthy and I've never called anyone else again. Fred was very honest, well priced, and straight forward, I will never make the mistake again calling elsewhere. I continue to feel comfortable knowing Worthy plumbing is about great customer service, and honesty, and again reasonable pricing! ! Please check reviews before calling anyone else.
