I called yesterday because of the great reviews. He couldn't finish the call because he had to take another call, so he said he would call back. Didn't receive a call back, so I left a message this morning. He called back immediately. I explained we spoke briefly yesterday, but he had to take another call. He told me he was on another call now & wanted to know what this was about. I just told him to have a good day. The communication was rude & unprofessional. I'm sure he does a fine job... If you can get it scheduled.

Woke up to water heater not working. Neighbor gave us Worthy Plumbing as somebody to call. Great move!! Fred was there within a couple hours, did a great job and also cleaned up some ""questionable"" work by the prior plumber who worked on the water heater. I chose Worthy Plumbing based on the Yelp reviews, and was not disappointed in the service. I called Fred after 5pm on Thursday and he was here Friday morning. Walked me through what needed to be done, gave me a bit of an education so I could fix the toilet in the future if it happened on another one, and made the run to Home Depot for parts. Professional and personable and throws in some humor too!

Hands down best service ever! Fast, efficient and honest. I woke up to a leaking water heater and looked on Yelp for a plumber to come out to take a look. Based on reviews I called Worthy Plumbing and Jeremy came out. He was busy but since my schedule conflicted with his a bit he went out of his way to accommodate mine. Jeremy took a look and informed me I needed a replacement. Last thing I wanted to hear! He told me how much it would be and the time it would take. To my relieve his pricing was half of what I was expecting since I had a water heater replaced before and it was almost double what I was quoted. By a little pass noon I was with a new heater and running hot water!!!! Would definitely recommend and will use again. :)

Oh the joys of home ownership! Leaking water heater; DIY or plumber? I went with the latter and gave Fred a call based on favorable Yelp reviews. As promised, Fred sent his son Jeremy out on a next day first service call. Jeremy confirmed my replacement diagnosis and quoted a flat rate for a new heater, replacement of various connectors, install and haul away of the old unit. From start to finish the entire job totaled 3 hours. The service was prompt, courteous and professional. The total job cost was inline with my research of what others typically paid for this type of service. Will recommend and use again when needed.
