I had an emergency yesterday, with my Water Heater leaking. .
Fred was so responsive and helped me so much over the phone, he
was on another job at the time, but was willing to fix the problem with
in an hour of my call. I placed the call late in the Day. In a panic
I called other Plumbers concurrently, however there was no response.

I called worthy plumbing to do full replacement of my gas and water line and his Son came by to take a look. He gave me an estimate and started working. I mistakingly payed him for the entire job before he was finished and he disappeared on me leaving the entire gas line to be replaced. I called worthy plumbing back and he took zero responsibility for hiring his son and the job that he bailed on. I had to hire another company and pay twice for the water line replacement.

3 stars is being generous. This guy likes to take on a job, wants you to text him the info, says he'll call you back but leaves you hanging for days without a call. I called him days later and does the same thing. He says he had other emergent jobs, which I understand but a courtesy call or text is a must. This is not very professional! He was referred to us by a handy man that does good work at our house that's why I stayed on with him but this is the first and last time.

I had a hard to locate small leak in the shower wall. I called Worthy Plumbing and they came out and in a short time located and fixed the problem. I was afraid they would have to cut open the wall and cause a lot of damage to find it. They were able to go into the small opening at the shower knob and make the repair without causing further damage. I am VERY HAPPY with the work they did.

I have tried many plumbers and been disappointed. Two weeks ago with company coming I discovered my water heater was broken. Called Worthy Plumbing and Fred came by at 5:30 and got the water heater working until the part he had to order came in. Very nice man who really cared about our situation. Don't have to look any farther than Fred for the best plumber around!

They went above and beyond for us! I called yesterday, on a Sunday, knowing they were closed. I left a message that I expected to have returned today when they were open. I received a call within minutes. I sent a handful of photos of our current hot water heater and was quoted a price, and time of this morning to replace.
They went above and beyond bringing our house (built in 1991) to code for the new hot water heater.
I could not possibly be more grateful or more happy with What was done. I will NEVER call another plumber for anything. Thank you SO much!
