We knew we have a blocked water pipe running underground in our back yard and after reading this company's reviews I contacted them via Yelp. They were very quick to reply, great with communication, and had someone around next day! You don't get that type of customer service in Maui often. They texted a photo of the plumber coming around with his name which is also an excellent idea. When Spencer arrived he was friendly, amenable and clear on what he was going to do. He was going to use a camera to inspect the pipe and a high pressure spray to to unblock the pipe. Unfortunately it didn't work. He charged us $800+ and left. So while the customer service is great the actual work isn't. We already knew we had a blocked pipe and they charged $800+ to confirm it and left us with a pipe still blocked. So now Hubbs is having to pay nearly $1k for another company to come out or get digging to see if he can do it manually himself. It is a pity as we had high hopes of this company and were surprised they charged us so much when they didn't complete the job. *Woody's contacted us after my review and asked to make things right. They offered to come out and take a 2nd look....for an additional $1500! We declined!

Great all the way around. Great people, fair prices, great work. Honest people and they care about the outcome and that the customer is happy. I will be calling them again and again in the future. I had Norman and Tony and they were both great. Had lots of work to do in our little condo, toilet, angle stops, hoses, water filter system and other things. I am very happy with the work they did and all the people including dispatch etc. Thanks very much everyone.

After ""other"" plumbing companies would miss scheduled appointments and/or not show up at all, Woodys Plumbing was a breath of fresh air! I needed help, installing propane, water, and drainage, hook ups in my garage for a new washer and dryer set. Woody came to take a look at the project and spoke with me on how we would like to handle it. He estimated the material supplies he needed and scheduled a date for installation. Install took the full day for Payton - one of his technicians, but work was done professionally. Peyton was a pleasure to have over. Very respectful, and he listened to our concerns and improvised solutions that I had not thought possible. The real wow factor came when we had an issue with our propane dryer, not getting hot enough. Woody saw it through to the end and hired a specialty appliance repair person to troubleshoot the problem. He paid for the repair service out of his own pocket, stating ""you hired us for a washer dryer hook up job. I am not leaving until everything is working for you "". Five star service! Thank you Woody , Daniel, and Payton!

Payton came out installed a whole house filtration system in my garage and did a nice and clean install in a timely manner and at a good price. Woody's Plumbing handles all our needs in a responsive and well priced way. They have done work for us in our main house as well as doing all the plumbing and excavation for a tiny container home on our property. Highly recommend! They bring the aloha caring to each job like it was their own home.

Our electric bill shot up to almost 3x our usual bill, and it turned out to be the result of a slow dripping leak in our shower. So, our shower cartridge needed replacing, but the screw to remove the shower handle was corroded so I wasn't able to remove it myself to access the cartridge. I really wanted to do this myself to save money since Youtube videos made it look so easy. Well, I spent way too much time trying to get that screw out, and in the end, it wasn't just the screw that had corrosion issues. Woody took care of it like a pro. I highly recommend his services. I spent hours trying to deal with a stuck screw, and eventually I was wanting to saw off the handle and replace the handle and trim entirely. After shopping around and talking to Woody, he mentioned the same thought and I knew we were on the same page. Others were saying they might have to go into the wall piping but a saw to the handle would take care of it without going into the walls, which is exactly what Woody was able to do. Woody was able to provide a flat fee quote for the service. Price-wise initially seemed expensive to me. But after shopping around, most plumbing services charge by the hour. After speaking to several companies, they all sounded like it would have ended up being more expensive based on time charges and the thought process of the expected work involved. On our day of appointment, he arrived on time and even better is he provided a tracker to locate how far he is from arriving that he sends via text (like DoorDash). Idk about most people but I get anxiety waiting for someone to show up and not knowing how far they are, so I really appreciated this simple tracker. He was great with communication and set expectations for the job. He also provided extra spare parts free of charge. After sawing off the handle, he was able to access the cartridge to remove it. The only thing is the cartridge was also jammed in there due to the hard water deposits, which made it impossible to forcibly pull the cartridge out of the piping without potentially damaging the pipes behind the wall. His expertise allowed him to finesse the old cartridge without sacrificing the integrity of the piping. The entire process took about 45 minutes. Based on talking to different plumbers on their approaches/methodologies for the fix, I imagine other plumbers would have taken much longer for the same cost or even more. Woody's cost is for his skillzzzzz, not just his time, and his skills are warranted. If you want to pay for great and reliable service, go with Woody. 5 stars all the way. THANK YOU, WOODY!

I called three different plumbing companies to get quotes to manage my water system, connecting the potable and non-potable so that my plants get watered. When the young man from Woody's came up, he was timely and was pleasant enough. He also seemed knowledgeable. After he looked at the job, he figured out a 'quote'. I was shocked. He tried to sell me a $14,000 water system. I told him I was not interested in spending so much. He then offered the $8000 system, and if I didn't want that, than the original service I asked him to look at was $5000. This is 3 1/2 times more than the other two companies that came up. His ""sales estimates "" were incredibly aggressive. It out me off the company all together Ended up having All Aloha Plumbing do the same work for $1,900. No up selling on whole Home water systems or reverse osmosis. All Aloha did ask if there was anything else's I needed help with while they were there.
