When our toilet and shower backed up, we were frantic trying to find a plumber who could not only respond quickly, but wouldn't take advantage of the urgency of the situation. I called Woody's, (On a Sunday evening), and someone responded within a half hour. Not only did they respond, but I had an appointment for the following morning at 8:30a. Payton messaged when he was on his way, and was here promptly before our scheduled time. Within a few hours, the work had been completely addressed, our bathroom clean, and looking better than ever. Not only was Payton respectful and efficient, he was very knowledgeable and informed us every step of the process about what he was doing. Woody and his team are very knowledgeable and skilled. They are excellent to communicate with and use more advanced technology (like text updates, always answering your calls and questions, and providing online quotes and invoices) to make scheduling very smooth and effortless. I have yet to meet any other home maintenance professionals on Maui that are as responsive and easy to plan with, as Woody. They quickly fixed a sink leak for me and did a beautiful job. The Best On Maui!! I tried for months to find a plumber that was knowledgeable for a project I was working on for a remodel. Plumbers would come look at the job and try to talk me out of it because they couldn't handle the scope of the project. Not Woody's!! Woody came and looked at the job and said ""Its easy! , No problem"" And the project was done in a couple days! Woody also has many connections to lots of good people if you need other jobs done. Called Woody's Plumbing in the morning and Woody returned my call within minutes. After explaining my clogged kitchen sink issue with him, he texted back and said he'll have someone come between 1300-1500. Well, Payton showed up within the time frame given, was very courteous and kept his face mask on the entire time, explained what he was doing, and fixed my kitchen sink to my total satisfaction. Payton even replaced some of the older parts of the sink. Pricing was reasonable. There was a misunderstanding of a basket strainer but Woody took care of that right away and refunded that part without question. Great local service from a family owned local company was what I was looking for and I wasn't disappointed at all. I would highly recommend Woody's Plumbing Service and would not hesitate to use them again. Mahalo !!!

Woody was the plumber used by our bathroom contractor for the plumbing work on our new shower. Woody did an exceptional job on installing our new shower hardware and repiping. He went over where the placement of the new fixtures, including a hand-held shower head, would be to ensure it was exactly where we wanted it to go. Woody is professional and a super nice guy. Want a good, fair, reliable plumber, call Woody. I came home for a quick business trip, we live on the second floor & we always tune our water off when we go off island. When I got home I turned the water on, & the water heater blow a hole leaking water. I was leaving the next morning & called Woody. He heard the ergency in my voice & came out within the hour.
