She's a old school FIXER who wields a pipe wrench like a ninja. Paco's a good scout too, trained and ready to roll no matter what. They plain and simple find the problem, explain the sitch and go to work. Get the picture?

Jac was very helpful ,professional, and courteous. She returned my call to her, which was on a Sunday (rare, indeed), and was willing to fix my garbage disposal the next day. When she did come a few days later, she was able to save me over $100 on the purchase of a new disposal by fixing the one I had. She took the time to show me what she was doing in case I needed to do some basic fixing later. She was really sweet with my 11 month-old twins too! Thanks, Jac!

Jac rocks! She extracted a comb from one of our toilets with complete ease and magic. Also, when I mentioned that we had low water pressure in our ""new"" bathroom, asked if she could take a look. Half hour later both sinks spouting like Niagra! Encouraged me to take pics to show to my contractor and explained how they had been improperly installed and where the problem lay. Oh! And she called me back late in the evening and was at my house before 9:00am the next morning. Prompt, supremely efficient and more than capable for any plumbing job. Call her first!

I was having some issues with my shower's water pressure and too much hot water as well as toilets running and not flushing right. I decided that I needed a professional to come out and take a look. I wasn't prepared to take a crash course on plumbing! So I turned to Yelp.

I originally found Richard's Plumbing here on Yelp and decided to give him a call. He let me know later that day that he was a bit too busy but gave me Jac's number. So I was able to reach her right away and we scheduled for her to come out the next day.

Jac came out and quickly got to work. She's all business and takes her job seriously. She was able to identify the issues and knew exactly what parts to replace and determine where the problem was. Together, we were able to flush out about 2 tablespoons of rocks from the main water line. I was amazed, but not surprised, considering it's a 100 yr old house. Once we got the line cleared out, she made sure the air was cleared. It was like she was working magic.

I thought for sure she would spend the whole time on the shower, but she wanted to make sure everything was covered. To my surprise, she was able to fix and repair both toilets as well. I would have never been able to do all of this myself without learning a whole lot about plumbing. With a reset of the tankless water heater, everything was just like new. Now life is good again and plumbing is better than before we moved in 3 yrs ago.

I will say this - She may not be the cheapest around, but Jac will get the job done, and get it done right.

Well, we agree with all of the enthusiastic reviews! Jac came the same day, solved our clogged sink and fixed it so it most likely won't happen again! Great person!

I called Jac in the morning and she was able to come a few hours later. She was prompt, professional, and very honest. She basically figured out what was wrong based on what I told her on the phone, and confirmed what she thought the problem was (a faulty gasket). She gave a simple $4 solution that she said other plumbers may have charged a ton to ""fix"" by ripping up my ceiling to find the problem. Her rates are ridiculously reasonable. I would definitely recommend her!

Jac just left and omg, she is amazing. I called and she picked up. I didn't have to leave a message like so many other places! ++ Then she tried to asses the problem (I'm a newbie when it comes to kitchens so I don't think I was very helpful) and decided she could stop by in 2 hours. ++ She showed up, figured out I had done some bad things (which I felt horrible for) and instead of scolding me, told me to sit next to her and she would show me how to fix this in the future. +++

I now know how to change a ptrap (luckily I suck so bad at fixing things that I didn't really mess things up too badly) and I understand why Draino is a no-go in kitchen sinks.

I feel 100 times better and so relieved and she is worth every penny!! You don't want cheap when it comes to plumbing, you want quality with fair prices and that's Jac. What's even better, now that I'm a customer, if I have a problem that I want advice on, I can call Jac and just ask her what I should do.

Jac is really as good as it gets!

Jac is awesome. She came over to help me with my shower which wasn't getting enough hot water even though my water heater was turned way up. She also helped me fix a bathroom sink that wasn't getting good water pressure, and she installed a couple drain stoppers for my bathroom sinks. She is a licensed professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She even explained what she was doing and showed me how to fix things, in case I was interested in doing it myself next time. Overall, I'm really happy with the work she did, and I am proud to have supported a local, woman owned business. I like to leave plumbing issues to the professionals, so I'll be calling her again if I ever have another problem. Thanks Jac!

I was totally pumped to find a reputable woman plumber with great reviews. I will say I received great service on the phone. Jac called me right back and offered to come out to our house ASAP and help with our water heater problem. I explained that the water heater had no more hot water and it seemed to be a problem that she could handle.
The next day we took half a day off work to be home for the repairs, and she arrived on time (another bonus!). However, when we showed her where the heater was located, which was in a utility closet, she said that she couldn't look at the heater. She shined a flashlight on it from outside and told us that it was ""rusted and needed to be replaced"" and that we had to call someone else who specialized in water heaters and promptly left our house. Fortunately we did not get charged for this, which I really appreciate and respect. Nonetheless we'd been waiting more than 24 hours with cold water, eager for help, and this was a total let down. The answer would have been fine, had she been able to properly assess the heater! I called another company on YELP minutes later, and described the same problem. This time, the person who answered the phone trouble-shooted the problem with me by PHONE! We turned a couple of dials, and flipped a switch on and off, and the heater fired right up. We've had hot water since. No thousand dollar replacement needed. I am sure Jac is awesome and wanted badly to leave another stellar review. I would advise other Yelpers to make sure that they are able to solve your problem before you take the time off and wait for the service.
