As good as it gets. Jac came the same day I called (within hours) and swiftly diagnosed the issue with my backed up bathroom sink, snaked it, cleaned the line, replaced some pipe parts, and then went on to fix three other minor issues with my toilet, sink stopper, and bath stop. The entire time she was working, she was open to explaining to me how I could do some of the fixes myself in the future to save money. Quick, efficient, helpful, professional and save for the relief of having a functioning kitchen sink again, the best part was pulling my 9-year-old daughter in the bathroom to watch Jac work, teach and talk about how she got into her trade.

May she thrive in business for long time because she'll be my first call with any plumbing issues from this day on. Thanks, Jac! A pleasure!

I will try to put into words how awesome my experience with Jac was.
She told me their hourly rate on the phone, and helped me wrap my brain around how long it might take to do the two repairs I thought I needed. Great. Ready.

She got there and tried a few things to save my ancient, corroded, broken-down faucet (it was not just a washer, as I had hoped), but the verdict was in: Needs replacing. I freaked and tried to start thinking about how I could finagle this financially. Then, dun-dun-DUN! Turns out the other simple fix in the bathroom needed a full replacement, too. TWO new faucets in one day! GAH.

I am convinced, before you go thinking that she was just out to get my money, that these replacements were the right thing. Why? Because Jac SHOWED ME exactly how and why they were forever broken. She also hurried to home depot to buy the cheapest and best faucets to replace my old broken ones with. I live in 60-ish year old house and I'm pretty sure the faucets were last replaced 20 or so years ago, so this is reasonable.

And now! NOW I GET IT. A) I understand more about plumbing than I ever thought I would and B) now I have two new faucets that don't leak, that are better than my old ones, and are pretty! hooray for Women's Plumbing Repair! Look no further.

5 Stars for service! In this case work was not actually done in my home. While on the phone, I explained to Jac that I was having issues with my bathroom faucet. She asked me a few questions and walked me through what I needed to do without her having to come out. I live 2 blocks away from Home Depot, I bought the parts and did the ""repair"" myself. It took 15 minutes including the walk to the store.
She's like a good neighbor who is willing to share knowledge. Since I can't barter my services, I thought I would leave a good review.

Jac was already at my home ready to start by the time I arrived at my house, and I have absolutely zero complaints about her service. She needed to go to the store for a part, and she got back in 15 minutes! She completed the work, and she showed me how to make the repairs if I ever needed to replace the same parts in the future. Jac was great! Quick response and appointment. Toilet fill valve was broken and she replaced it, checked system and updated as needed. The best service I never received. I called to see if someone could come and replace my water heater that was spewing water in my basement. The plumber I spoke with diagnosed my problem over the phone and suggested that I attempt the repair myself, because if she did it, it would cost hundreds.

Well wouldn't yah know it. A $11 part and a few YouTube videos later, it was done. Yes, they didn't get our business, but I'm here to hail them as an honest company, which I highly recommend. That goes far in my book. Thanks ladies.
