Our oil furnace stopped working so we called Wolcott out to service it. The man who came tinkered with the furnace and told us that it was going to need to be replaced for $6-10,000!! When we asked about a replacement part, he said that it was so old that he didn't think he could find a part for it.

My husband decided to go down there and look at it after watching a couple of YouTube videos and he FIXED IT. It turns out all that needed to be done was get the thermostat working and bleed the pump. It is now working perfectly!

I would NOT recommend this company. Obviously, either too lazy to try to fix it or trying to make a buck off of you! Stay away and find someone else.

Had a very poor driving experience and was almost hit by a driver in van #192 license plate 470-HQS this morning. He also failed to use signals previous to him changing lanes directly into me. He did not even correct himself after I laid on my horn. I will be sure to do my best a NEVER recommend their services to anyone.

Perfect service. As described and actually even faster. Quality work, without adding on unnecessary steps like some other companies were doing when estimating same job. Dave came in (no need for separate estimate), figured out a solution for our odd piping installation, got parts, got it done -- all in about two hours. Great work, will definitely hire again.

I see some of the other reviews about some offensive stuff from some employees, and hey, I'm sympathetic. But the aggression seems misdirected. It's not realistic to expect that a company could hire the right contractors or laborers by skillset, pay, availability, and all that, AS WELL AS having a perfectly matching worldview to yours. Come on. Other customers/prospects, read the reviews about the services and make an informed decision.

The Wolcott HVAC team did a great job installing a new Lennox air conditioner and furnace in our home.
The price was very competitive, the installation was excellent and our new HVAC is fantastic.

I set up an appointment to have Wolcott come out to give me an estimate to replace my water heater with a tankless system. I was given a two hour window for the technician to arrive. After that time period I called to find out when they would be showing up and was told that they would not be able to make the appointment. They stated that they tried calling and left a message. I received no phone call and no message was left. I was then told that I could reschedule the appointment, with a two hour window. When I asked if the appointment could be made after my work day hours I was told that it could not. I can be inconvenienced to get their business but they can't be inconvenience to get mine. Therefore they will not get my business.

This is the company that bought out Perfect Climate and still has this shyster named Lonnie working for them. Four years after my new furnace it has stopped working. It took from late August until the end of October before they completed the job. I had to chase after them to complete the job and took time off from my work for appointments for them to come out and they would not show up or call. Though I paid for a warranty in early December, they gave me the run around until late February after multiple emails I told them to either send the warranty or give me my money back and they send my money back. Not sure how hard is it to mail or email a warranty but my sense is they knew they did lousy work was and by then I had no faith in anything I was told.

As I was looking up the company and I came across this link about one of the employees yelling racist slurs at a woman. www.kgw.com/article/news/local/beaverton-plumber-fired-after-racist-road-rage-rant/11730993 and other Yelp reviews where their employees were driving recklessly and gave someone the finger and another review where they were using homophobic slurs on the job.
Not the quality of people I want to give money to or have in my home.

We have dealt with Lonnie at Perfect Climate for years. It turns out our 15 year old Lenox furnace needed to be replaced so I called the number listed on Google and Wolcott answered. Turns out Lonnie sold the business but is still working for Wolcott. The gave me a price that was exactly half of what Roth quoted. Roth did the original furnace at this house so I logically called them. The new 96% efficient Lenox was installed two days ago. Todd and James did the install. Very nice guys, professional and they did a good job. While they were here we had the AC replaced too. The heat wave just started here in West Linn and it works great. Thanks for a good job and a price that is half of what Roth quoted for exactly the same model.

Sorry I cannot recommend Wolcott for any of their services. We had them re-plumb our kitchen because of a leak that destroyed our kitchen. Four days before completion Wolcott came and connected everything up. During the night one of their connections came loose and flooded the house again, only worse this time, so we're starting over again. They also installed new under cabinet lights and all the screws came through the bottom shelves about an eight of an inch. Their work is very unprofessional and they should be avoided.

We had a great experience with Joe from Wolcott. He arrived quickly and was friendly and professional. Our plumbing issue was quite a mess, and it was fixed and cleaned up completely within a couple hours.

Though we had some concerns after reading an older review mentioning homophobic comments, we felt very comfortable. We are a gay couple with a kid and had a positive experience all around. Highly recommend!
