We had water gushing from somewhere under house, despite no loss of water pressure or services inside the house. Wolcott had folks out same day, identified leak, recommended remediation partner for crawlspace, had water back within hours. Thomas was awesome, respectful of property, nice to our dog. Now, we have to make decision about overall plumbing on 50 year old materials. Elijah, who set up electrical, was also personable and a pleasure to work with. Both gentlemen answered questions, were good-humored and welcome in our house.

Thomas was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about our service needs. He replaced a toilet in one bathroom, fixed a handle in another, and got our garbage disposal working again. And our pug and bulldog loved him - and they don't always love maintenance workers. I highly recommend this company.

I called for a busted pipe in my garage. I later discovered another bused pipe before my appointment. I notified them to add it on to my existing work order. The plumber arrived and fixed my original issue but when I asked him about the other issue he said he knew nothing about it. After looking at my second issue I was told he was going to order the part to fix it. He would be back next week. Never heard back so I hired Ace handyman service who did a great job at a great price.

Wolcot canceled two appointments this week. They installed our system when we built the house 10 years ago (known as Perfect Climate). First scheduled to come between 10-5 for Monday, no showed and no call from anyone, I called the office at 430 and was told tech ran out of time for the day so we rescheduled for today. Got a call at 1pm to cancel again for ""tech busy"". this is just odd. please read other reviews for same issues.

Had made appointment to have plumber come out. The day of my appointment I called and they said we can't come. I took the day off from work. They rescheduled for a couple days later and the plumber showed and didn't have the equipment needed for the Job . A new guy came the next day and took care of the problem. The plumbers were both very nice but the company needs to work on their communication with the customers, I was out a day of pay with this.

First time ever having to hire a plumber and Wolcott Services made it so easy and painless for me. Joel was so kind and did such an amazing job taking care of my home. He was great at explaining my options in a way that made sense and gave me the best options for my situation. Would highly recommend going with them if you need plumbing services in your area. Huge shout out to them for getting this done even in the freezing weather. The price was amazing too compared to other plumbers in the area I was getting quotes from. Loved the service I got from them and even getting on the schedule now to replace my water heater that I didn't even know was damaged. The 64-year-old galvanized drainpipes just couldn't keep it together anymore and spread black water under the house. The Wolcott plumbers came out and replaced the rotten pipes.

They were careful not to leave messes in the house. The work was done quickly. Photographs were sent to my email of the before and after work done.

Wolcott's people were neat, clean, and courteous. All the people I met were excellent representatives for the company.
