Jay Spaeder serves as the president of The William T. Spaeder Company and has led the service division since 2007. Thanks to his leadership, the division has grown substantially. With 38 years of experience, Jay has spent 10 years in the field, 19 years overseeing industrial and HVAC projects, and nine years managing divisions. Jay is devoted to nurturing the next generation of tradesmen, serving on the Apprentice Committee and helping to establish the training facility in Erie for Local Unions 47 and 449.
