Jay Spaeder serves as the president of The William T. Spaeder Company and has led the service division since 2007. The division has seen significant expansion under his leadership. With 38 years of expertise, Jay has dedicated 10 years to fieldwork, 19 years to managing industrial and HVAC projects, and nine years to division oversight. He is passionate about mentoring young tradespeople, having participated in the Apprentice Committee and contributed to the training facility development in Erie for Local Unions 47 and 449.
