Miguel arrived rapidly this morning to address sewage backup into tub, toilet, and floor. Nightmare thing to wake up to. I've used Wizard a number of time and they always do a great job, courteous, and provides detailed information.

Great service! We called and were able to get an appointment for the following day for an estimate. And the work was done the very next day. Good quality of work and hardware installed. Actual service is five stars. Final cost is one star. My suggestion to any future customer is to always ask for a free estimate or a cost estimate upon diagnosis. Even ask for a diagnosis cost before they start. If not, they will show you a bill that will be extremely high beyond belief. And yes, even on non-emergency scheduled visit. It is roughly $450 per hour per plumber if they send multiple plumbers for a job that can be done by one plumber. My oversight was that I used this company for a previous service with a free estimate and the cost was reasonable. So, I assumed reasonable rate on this service. A huge lesson learned. If money is not a factor, I recommend this company for quality of service and scheduling.

Bathroom/shower leak issue. Prompt, professional and honest. Assessed the root cause of leak and confirmed that it wasn't a pipe issue. Provided recommendations and nothing more that would be unnecessary. Gave a reasonable estimate to complete the work.

Even though I was not having plumbing problems, many of my neighbors were having to have their sewer laterals replaced. I decided to have ours checked just in case. Wizard came out promptly and did an inspection, finding developing problems. I decided to have the work done. Francisco Cirin was very responsive giving a quote and explaining everything. Everyone performing the work was very professional and personable. The work was done promptly, neatly, and the area was left spotless. Working with Wizard Plumbing and all of their employees was a very positive experience.
