When I called to make an appointment, they gave me an appointment for the next day, and provided me a two hour window (between 12pm - 2pm) . Their plumber, Gregg Dolling showed up at 11:59am, a minute before the two hour window. The guy shows up on time, with a great sense of humor, can do attitude and a side kick or helper (Dan).

Gregg and his helper were very efficient, very professional, quick and thorough.

On Easter Sunday I had a plumbing emergency where one of the main clean water pipes burst and I had to urgently shut down the water to the house. Having water in our house where we care for a disabled person is critical and I called Wizard Plumbing and Drain to get help.
Company technicians (Ivan and Marvin) arrived shortly and got to work. The situation was not simple and to make things worse, they could not go to a store and get the needed parts because everything was closed for Easter. Nevertheless, they used the existing old parts, plus some of the parts they had, combined it with their true and remarkable ingenuity and thinking outside the box (which reminded me of MacGyver) and were able to temporarily fix the problem such that we can turn on the water and use it for our needs.
The next morning this team arrived with equipment and parts and fixed everything perfectly. Now I have a pipe that will last for decades to come.
These two technicians are just amazing. They're not only excellent professionals, but also kind and respectful individuals. We will be Wizard Plumbing and Drain for all our future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Omar at Wizard Plumbing. He came out last week to install a new kitchen faucet and to fix a leaky toilet. He showed up on time, fixed everything within an hour and left the place spotless. He also took the time to explain to me what was going on with my leaky toilet. Our water heater broke and Gregg was able to come out within an hour of making the phone call. He is clearly an expert and was able to do a temporary quick fix so we'd have water for the night while we waited for the new install the next day. Totally saved us! Wizard and Gregg is the way to go.

I called Wizard for my tankless water heater descaling and the service was top notch. Their responses were very quick, the pricing was good, and the process was transparent.

Gregg and Dan were great. They showed up on time and followed all COVID protocols. They were also very accommodating as they found a small setup issue with my tankless water heater installation that had to be resolved separately before they could clean the unit and even though they had already come out, they were happy to come back after I had the setup issue resolved.
