This place is crazy expensive. The sent me an estimate to replace my water heater for $4,000. The new water heater costs $800 and the installation takes 2 hours for 2 people. So it's $3,200 for a 2 hour, 2 man job. I went with a different firm that charged my $800 for the installation (and haul away of the old water heater) and they were wonderful. I will say that everyone was very friendly over the phone at Wizard Plumbing. So if you like platinum service at triple platinum costs, this may be the place for you.

My garbage disposal gears went haywire. Called Wizard and they sent someone out the very next day. It was hopefully an easy job, since I bought the same exact disposal as before, so swapping out like models would hopefully ease the replacement process.

John came out for an estimate and was able to work with my budget. He replaced my disposal in an hour and discovered that the main tube was too long, which caused our dishwasher to spurt out water. Now we have a new disposal and our drainage in the kitchen sink to exponentially smoother.

Not only have their charges more than doubled for the same service in six months, but the actual service was not on point. I needed repair for a different toilet in the house. Although the service was quick, they used a handle that was not like the original, so I requested a replacement with the right handle. When they came back to install that, something happened such that now the toilet ""runs"" (fills super slowly) every few flushes. I sent them a video of the issue but have not heard back from them, so I'm lowering the rating at least until they fix this new issue.

Wizard Plumbing's Christian U has greatly helped my family in a pinch and has taken the time to explain the processes related to fixing our issue. Our sink was having trouble with its draining speed and Christian was able to remove the grime that was causing the issue. I don't know what to say. They used to be great but I've only had repeat negative experiences with them since Steve left, including the owners son.

Additionally they are dishonest in their pricing, charging 1000% more than others for similar services.

I can't recommend them.

Our building was having multiple issues with the sewer line backing up into our tenants space. We called Wizard Plumbing and worked with Christian to schedule the replacement of the sewer line. It was important to our tenant that their store stayed open during the work. Christian worked with us and the city to get permission to have the trenching done after hours. Christian was very helpful throughout the process and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I recommend them and Christian for your plumbing needs.

The property manager called Christian from Wizard Plumbing to investigate why our store keeps having plumbing issues. They have assessed the issue was from the under ground pipe and made recommendation to property manager to have it replace. the work lasted for 4 days as planned. They worked during the night to avoid store shutdown. it was a good planning from them that help keep our business open during the construction. Recommend
