I was having a hard time dealing with my main line plumbing issues , couple few weeks ago, first thing I noticed some bubblings in the bathroom . Everytime I was flushing the toilet or using other fixtures I was hearing a weird noises in the toilet and suddenly I saw a lot of water coming out underneath the toilet and I didnt know why . My plumbing skills aren't good at all , But my whole house was all flooded , sewer water all over the bathroom , It was a complete mess so I decided to call Wizard plumbing since they are a 5 star plumbing company . They picked up the phone in the first call and they made me a schudele with Walter. He came up to me in the first few hours , and I was so happy he came very fast . Walter was so polite , and patient he also asked me Great questions about what was goin on . I explained him everything , so he said my wax seal needed to be replaced even though my main line was backing up and sewer water wasnt supposed to come underneath the toilet . The old wax ring wasnt sealing completely . Walter gave me best solutions of the stress I was having with and I Signed and approved it. He unclogged the line in few minutes , I was surprised he did it so fast , He cleaned all my mess insinde the bathroom and did a great Job . His job and experienced are above and beyond . Even though the Company's prices are a little bit too high but is worth it. I would Highly rrecomend this company to anyone thats struggling with Plumbing Issues . I would definitely call them back again

GOUGED!!! Wizard ""technicians"" came to replace a wax ring on a toilet that had a slow leak. For one-half hour of work, they charged $850.25. They had to turn off the water, lift the toilet up, remove the old wax ring, replace the wax ring, and then reset the toilet. Half an hour of work.

But wait. There is more. The old water supply line went straight to tank with no slack in it. They said they could replace the line for another $450 on top of the $850. They said they would have to go to the supply store to get a new one. When I expressed shock at the price, they offered that they could give me a discount. They would do both the supply line and the wax ring for just the $850. It turns out that they had a supply line in the truck.

But wait. There is more. When I said I would pay by credit card (which they say they accept), they said there would be a FOUR PERCENT service charge.

Walter did show me that the toilet now works and does not leak.

Working with Wizard Plumbing was easy: from calling to make an appointment, to receiving texts informing me when the plumber would arrive, to providing me with a well-trained plumber. Walter, the plumber Wizard scheduled for my project, was professional, courteous, and hard working. He repaired several plumbing issues I had, including replacing a kitchen faucet which was very difficult to remove. Walter was very persistent, trying a number of ways that finally removed the problematic fixture. He replaced it with a new one quickly, and left the work area clean and neat. Everything was done with a friendly, polite manner.

I had called two other plumbers, one did not show up and the other never returned my call. So I called Wizard and they were very good about calling me back. We set up an appointment for the next day and they texted saying they could come earlier. Yay! So I am giving a shout out for their employee, Walter Calderon!!! I was very impressed with how he explained everything he was doing and he got right to it. Afterwards he had everything cleaned up and showed me all the work he had done. So very happy with this service call which was to fix a leak under kitchen sink, replace a faucet and replace a toilet handle. Then I asked if he could tighten the bathroom sink faucet and he did it!!! You need to hang on to this hard working employee!!! Thank you Walter!!!

Thank you Wizard Plumbing!! The techs are professional, timely, kind, and knowledgable. I saw the positive reviews from yelp and called when my water heater needed to be replaced. When the hot water went out, I called and one of their technicians came out to replace a defective part. Recently my toilet/bath tub was clogged and the job was completed. When water began to leak from the side of the toilet bowl, I called Wizard Plumbing and they sent Walter. He was able to quickly identify the problem and fixed. The efficiency is greatly appreciated. The prices are a bit on the higher side; however, I'm so glad to have went with Wizard Plumbing for the jobs. They are now my go to for plumbing services.
